The invention relates to a laser temperature adjusting method and system and a computer readable storage medium. The method comprises the following steps: collecting the temperature value of a laser;comparing the temperature value with a target temperature value; according to the comparison result, adjusting the temperature value to a first temperature value, and the first temperature value is the unit temperature adjacent to the temperature value; and repeating the temperature adjustment process until the temperature value of the laser is adjusted to the target temperature value. By means ofthe laser temperature adjusting method, the working current is controlled within the rated peak output current of a switch, and damage to a power supply circuit of the switch is avoided.

A semiconductor laser temperature control circuit is composed of a temperature-voltage conversion circuit, a PID compensation network circuit, a peripheral H bridge circuit, and a low-pass filter circuit, and uses an ADN8831 chip as a temperature control master chip of the semiconductor laser. The voltage value of the input end of the ADN8831 corresponds to a set target temperature. Suitable current flows through a TEC (Thermo Electric Cooler) to heat or cool the TEC, during which the surface temperature of the laser is set to a set temperature value. The semiconductor laser temperature control circuit is compact in structure, low in cost, and stable in operation, improves control accuracy while reducing power consumption, and can provide constant and adjustable operating temperature for the laser.
