Abstract: Provided is a cutting fluid containing waste engine oil. The cutting fluid is prepared from the following raw materials, by weight, 12-14 parts of waste engine oil, 1-2 parts of triethanolamine, 4-6 parts of amino-acid ester, 2-3 parts of phytic acid, 2-3 parts of dodecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride, 1-2 parts of nanoscale graphite micropowder, 14-16 parts of diethylene glycol monobutyl ether, 5-8 parts of propylene glycol, 1-2 parts of sodium laurate, 6-8 parts of auxiliary agents and 200 parts of water. Through application of nanoscale graphite micropowder, the cutting fluid has excellent lubricating property and extreme pressure resistance. Through application of waste engine oil, the cost is lowered. The cutting fluid has good antirust performances, contains no substances of sodium salt, phenol, chlorinated paraffin, mineral oil and the like, has no damage to human body, and is a environmentally friendly and green product.

Abstract: The invention discloses an industrial powder metallurgy tool, which is characterized by being made of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 12-13 parts of titanium carbide, 30-32 parts of tool steel powder, 2-3 parts of tantalum carbide, 9-10 parts of tungsten carbide, 4-5 parts of diamond powder, 1-2 parts of graphite, 3-4 parts of ZrO2, 4-5 parts of SiO2, 1-2 parts of barium sulfate, 12-13 parts of iron, 4-5 parts of cobalt, 2-3 parts of chlorinated paraffin and 3- parts of dispersion phase. In the industrial powder metallurgy tool, the dispersion phase is added, so that alloy powder is uniformly dispersed, the longitudinal-transverse uniformity of the internal organizational structure of a product is ensured, the abrasion resistance is improved, and the service life of the product is prolonged; the tool disclosed by the invention has the advantages of high hardness, high abrasion resistance, remarkable heat stability, heat conductivity, corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance, accuracy in machining, increase in the production efficiency, safety, environmental friendliness and the like.

Abstract: The invention discloses a composite centrifugal casting method of a sealing ring. The composite centrifugal casting method comprises the following operation steps: (1) a casting die is manufactured according to a sealing ring to be cast, the casting allowances of the outer surface, the upper surface and the lower surface of a casting are all 8-10 mm, the casting allowance of the inner surface is 18-26 mm, a coating is coated on the inner surface of a die cavity and comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50-55 parts of zircon power, 2-4 parts of flaky graphite powder, 0.3-0.6 part of coal tar and 30-35 parts of silica sol. The outer layer of the sealing ring has excellent wearing resistance and rigidity; the material comprehensive utilization rate of the outer side, the middle and the core part of the sealing ring is improved by more than 10 percent; the service life is prolonged by more than 30 percent in comparison with the static casting process; the metal feeding effect is good; the outer-layer tissue of the casting is compact.

Abstract: The invention relates to cutting fluid, in particular to semi-synthetic metal cutting fluid. The semi-synthetic metal cutting fluid is prepared by methyl levulinate, (R)-(+)-2,4-dyhydroxy-N-(3-hydroxypropyl)-3,3-dimethylbutyramide, 2-oxo-1,5-disoidum glutarate dihydrate, 4-piperidone-3-carboxylate hydrochloride and trimethylsilylketene. The semi-synthetic metal cutting fluid has good cooling, anticorrosion, antirust and lubricating performance, service life of a knife can be prolonged effectively, and excellent machining accuracy can be realized; the semi-synthetic metal cutting fluid can play a role in safely and reliably protecting and inhibiting corrosion of nonferrous metal like aluminum and steel and ferrous metal, so that time and cost for subsequent treatment can be omitted; the semi-synthetic metal cutting fluid is suitable for being widely popularized and applied in the field of the cutting fluid.

Abstract: The invention discloses a steel ring billet casting technique based on casting and rolling combined forming. The steel ring billet casting technique based on casting and rolling combined forming comprises the steps that firstly, a casting mold is manufactured by means of water glass sand, the casting mold is dried and sprayed with painting, casting raw materials of a steel ring are smelted and are poured into the casting mold, and normalizing, tempering and quenching-tempering heat treatment are conducted on a steel ring billet formed through pouring; secondly, the steel ring billet is cooled to the room temperature, and polishing and machining are conducted on the cooled steel ring billet; finally, the steel ring billet which can be directly used for casting and rolling combined forming is obtained. According to the steel ring billet cast according to the technique, the defects, such as shrinkage cavities, shrinkage porosity and segregation, appearing in the steel ring billet casting process can be reduced, grains are refined to the maximum extent, and the high-quality steel ring billet capable of meeting the requirement for the ring rolling performance is manufactured; due to the fact that the processes of the casting and rolling combined forming technique are simplified, the quality and performance of the ring rolling technique and a ring workpiece are guaranteed.

The invention is characterized in that the cutting fluid is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1-2 parts of amide stearate, 2-3 parts of benzotriazole, 4.5-6.5 parts of titanium carbide, 2-3 parts of high-base-number sulfurized calcium alkyl phenate, 4-6 parts of polysorbate-80, 2-3 parts of triethanolamine borate, 1-2 parts of sulfurized isobutylene, 4-6 parts of silicon carbide, 2-3 parts of potassium metaborate, 5-7 parts of assistant and 200 parts of deionized water. By using the grinding technique, the titanium carbide, silicon carbide and surfactant are combined, so that the grinding material is dispersed uniformly and has uniform quality; and the assistant is combined to enhance the wear resistance, dispersity, lubricating property and film formation property, and a protective film is formed on the workpiece surface to protect the workpiece from corrosion. Due to the adoption of the water-based formula, the cutting fluid has the advantages of excellent lubricating property, excellent rust resistance, excellent cooling property and excellent cleaning property, and enhances the surface smoothness of the workpiece after being used for processing.

The paint is prepared from, by weight, 30-40 parts of aqueous inorganic nanometer ceramic resin, 3-6 parts of graphene, 8-12 parts of ultra-fine powder aluminum oxide, 12-27 parts of nanometer filler, 1-3 parts of an antistatic agent, 2-5 parts of a film-forming auxiliary, 0.6-1.2 parts of stabilizer, 10-15 parts of a curing agent, 0.3-0.8 part of a defoaming agent, 0.3-0.6 part of UV absorbent, 5-10 parts of thickener and 13-19 parts of deionized water and alcohol solvent. The nanometer ceramic and graphene compound paint has high heat conductivity and large cooling surface area, has good heat stability, chemical stability and weather resistance, has excellent mechanical strength and toughness, and has the advantages of being waterproof, resistant to ultraviolet, mildewproof, dustproof (self-cleaning), insulating, flame-retardant and resistant to high temperature. The preparation method is simple, and the paint is environmentally friendly; the paint is sprayed to an LED lamp radiator and cured, so cooling performance of the LED lamp radiator can be improved, and the service life of a lamp is prolonged.

The precoated sand material for 3D printing comprises, by mass, 95-99.5 parts of a base material, 0.5-5 parts of a laminating material and 1-5 parts of a bonding agent. The base material is evenly wrapped by the laminating material. The precoated sand material for 3D printing is an inorganic environment-friendly material, the problems of high pollution and the like in the casting industry can be solved, a formed body can be printed through a 3D ink-jet printing manner, and the 3D printing application field is widened. The strength of the formed body is high, the various performance parameters meet the metal casting mould technology requirement, and therefore the formed body can replace a casting mould, and the casting industry can be developed towards the environment-friendly casting direction.
