Abstract: The invention relates to the technical field of greenhouse equipment, and especially relates to a control system for a greenhouse roller shutter device, and a control method. The control system for a greenhouse roller shutter device comprises: roller shutters of the roller shutter device arranged on a shed surface of a greenhouse, an environment factor obtaining device, and a control platform. The roller shutters can spread downward from the top of the shed surface, or roll upward from the bottom of the shed surface. A driving mechanism is connected with the roller shutters. The top and the bottom of the shed surface are respectively provided with a limiting contact breaking switch. The environment factor obtaining device is arranged in the greenhouse, and is used to obtain environment factor data in the greenhouse. The control platform is used to analyze the environment factor data in the greenhouse, the environment factor data being obtained by the environment factor obtaining device, and control the driving mechanism to drive the roller shutters to spread or roll up according to an analysis result. The control system for a greenhouse roller shutter device and the control method can automatically control spreading and roll-up processes of the roller shutters, and can obtain environment factor data in the greenhouse, so as to effectively improve monitoring intensity on the environment factors in the greenhouse.

Abstract: A method for detecting the opening degree of a greenhouse shed provided by the invention comprises the following steps: S1, based on the basis architecture of a greenhouse, building a simplified geometric model matching the basis architecture; and S2, based on the simplified geometric model and the rotation angle corresponding to the opening position of the greenhouse shed, determining the openingarc length corresponding to the opening position, and calculating the opening degree of the greenhouse shed. Compared with the prior art in which the actual opening size of the roller shutter/rollerfilm on the shed can only be observed artificially, the method for detecting the opening degree of a greenhouse shed provided by the invention can be used to automatically monitor the opening degree of a shed of any radian, is simple in calculation and does not need to change the shed structure.

Abstract: The invention discloses an intelligent production method and system for crop field operation. According to the intelligent production method and system for crop field operation of the invention, an acquisition module is adopted to acquire the actual environmental data, actual crop data, actual fertilization data and actual equipment data of the crop field operation; the actual environmental data, the actual crop data and the actual fertilization data are integrated into target crop protection data; a neural network calculation method is adopted to obtain target operation data on the basis of the target crop protection data and the actual equipment data; a server compares the target operation data with the actual equipment data, and the neural network calculation method is adopted to obtain actual operation data; the server transmits the actual operation data to unit operation modules through a CAN bus, so that the unit operation modules can perform actual operation; and therefore, large-signal quantity crop field operation which is complex to calculate, has many operation types and is difficult in result monitoring can be effectively processed. The intelligent production method and system have the advantages of high intelligence degree and easiness in monitoring.

Abstract: The invention relates to the field of a greenhouse and especially relates to a shutter winding device. The shutter winding device comprises a threaded spindle, a walking sleeve and a force-unloading pulley block bracket, wherein the walking sleeve is rotatably sleeved on the threaded spindle; the walking sleeve is matched with a thread of the threaded spindle and is capable of moving along the length direction of the threaded spindle following the rotation of the threaded spindle; the force-unloading pulley block bracket is fixedly arranged on the outer surface of the walking sleeve. When the threaded spindle clockwise rotates, a wire harness is penetrated through the force-unloading pulley block bracket; after the force is unloaded by the force-unloading pulley block bracket, the wire is wound on the threaded spindle; due to a constraining force of the wire harness, the stress endured by the force-unloading pulley block bracket on a winding position is balanced and the force-unloading pulley block bracket cannot be rotated following the threaded spindle; the force-unloading pulley block bracket is fixedly arranged on the outer surface of the walking sleeve and the walking sleeve is rotatably sleeved on the threaded spindle, so that the walking sleeve can realize displacement in the manner of matching with the thread of the threaded spindle.

Abstract: Provided is a greenhouse roof control system comprising a skylight. The greenhouse skylight control system is characterized in that a rolling shutter mounted on one side of the skylight is connected to a traction rod through a plurality of pull ropes; through traction, the traction rod is connected to a roller which is disposed on the other side of the skylight; the roller can be rotated by a motor to pull the traction ropes to drive the traction rod to move in the direction of the roller so as to release the rolling shutter to cover the skylight; when the skylight needs opening, the motor isenergized and self-unlocked with the motor not rotated or inverted, and the rolling shutter is retracted under the action of coil springs thereof; after the rolling shutter expands and covers the skylight, the motor starts self-locking, and the skylight keeps closed; the greenhouse skylight control system further comprises an electronic Control Unit ECU which is used for controlling the rotation of the motor and internally provided with a light sensor; the light sensor is used for monitoring the light intensity inside the greenhouse, and the motor is controlled to rotate, self-lock and unlockaccording to the light intensity so as to control the degree to which the skylight is opened. The greenhouse skylight control system can adjust the light intensity in real time.

The device mainly includes an agricultural greenhouse body; one side of the agricultural greenhouse body is provided with a limit mechanism, a rainproof mechanism, an indicating mechanism, a controller, an automatic curtain rolling mechanism and a gap covering mechanism.
