Abstract: The invention discloses a deforming statistical map based multi-view spatio-temporal data visualization method and application. Spatio-temporal data having geography and time attributes is visualized by adopting a method of multi-view and multi-tag mixed layout formed by combining a traditional map, a statistical map, time axis and a pie chart, a bar graph, a bubble chart and a Nightingale rose diagram in a statistical chart, and the dissymmetry problem of data distribution and space utilization of a traditional map visualization method and the problem that the attributes of multi-dimensional data display are not comprehensively displayed are avoided. A user can be helped to understand all the aspects of data from multiple perspectives, meanwhile a classic visualized statistic analysis chart, the map time axis and the like are combined, so that data display is specific and vivid. The deforming statistical map based multi-view spatio-temporal data visualization method can be applied to the fields of data visualization of microblogs, WeChat, demographic statistics, infectious disease distribution, elector distribution and the like, and visualization and visual analysis conducted on the data having the time relation of spatial distribution are achieved.

Abstract: The invention discloses an associated hierarchical data visualization method and application. Two kinds of associated hierarchical data sets with geographical distribution serve as data to be visualized, by arranging a map and introducing transition points in a radiation ring, data nodes in the two kinds of hierarchical data sets S1 and S2 are connected through a Bezier curve, visualization is carried out by drawing a rectangular heat map. The associated hierarchical data visualization method is applied to pesticide residue visualization analysis, an agricultural product kind and a pesticide kind which are associated with each other are set as two kinds of associated hierarchical data sets with geographical distribution, the geography heat map and the radiation ring are drawn to represent excessive pesticide agricultural products, the excessive pesticide type and pesticide toxicity distribution, and the Bezier curve and the matrix heat map are drawn. According to the invention, a multi-view and interaction method is employed to visualize associated hierarchical data, and data has smoothness, continuity and readability.

Abstract: Pesticide Residue is one of main sources resulted in food safety problems. It is necessary to analyze the distribution pattern of pesticide residue in order to supervision and management the overuse of pesticide. Thematic map is an effective approach for visualizing data combined with a specific geographic area. The most popular of the thematic maps are Choropleth, in which the values of the attribute are encoded as points or colored regions on the map. However, when the density of attribute-points on an area is different with that region's area, the data overlap will be produced. In this paper, we present a method for visualizing multidimensional data based on Cartogram. With this method, we first create Cartogram and Choropleth for presenting the geospatial distribution of data at the same time in order to avoid data overlapping, in which the Cartogram is generated by using diffusion algorithm; Second, we create thematic geographic heat map for presenting the pesticide residue pollution index by means of Inverse Distance Weighted interpolation to reckon missing data, in which the pesticide residue pollution index is calculated by using multiple linear regression algorithm; Thirdly, a multi-view spatial-temporal data visualization system, which combines maps, time axis, bar chart, bubble chart, pie chart etc. is presented to help user analyzing the data. A variety of interactive means such as region selection, data filtering, time cursor dragging, are also introduced to the system. The system uses two different ways to combine spatial with time. The results of user evaluation demonstrated that our method and system can effectively help user to analyze geospatial distribution of pesticide residue pollution.

Abstract: The invention discloses a pesticide residue risk evaluation method. According to the method, a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model and a rule-based classifying and visualization method are utilized according to a detection analysis result for pesticide residue in agricultural products in each area, thereby realizing automatic quantitative risk evaluation. The method comprises the steps of selecting a risk factor and determining a factor weight according to expert experience; obtaining a multidirectional pesticide residue risk comprehensive evaluation value through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, applying the rule-based classification method for classifying the obtained multidirectional pesticide residue risk comprehensive evaluation value, obtaining a single-dimension comprehensive evaluation value in each dimension; finally displaying the evaluation result through information visualization technology, and facilitating a user in analyzing and checking the evaluation result in multiple directions through interaction facilities such as attribute screening and multi-view linkage. Therefore the pesticide residue risk evaluation method realizes objective evaluation and expression to a pesticide residue pollution condition.

Abstract: The present invention provides a method and system for displaying historical spatiotemporal object information. The method comprises: (a) displaying global historical spatiotemporal object time-series index data in a first graphical display window in a manner of a dynamic time-series index graph; (b) receiving a local scaling instruction and a local scaling parameter by means of a human-computer interaction interface, selecting a local time domain interval on time coordinate axis of the dynamic time-series graph, and acquiring local historical spatiotemporal object time-series index data corresponding to a range of the selected local time domain interval; and (c) performing single-dimensional enlargement or reduction transformation on the selected local time domain interval along the time coordinate axis according to the local scaling instruction and the local scaling parameter that are acquired in the step (b), and then displaying the local time-series index data acquired in the step (b) in the selected local time domain interval subjected to single-dimensional enlargement or reduction. According to the method and system for displaying the historical spatiotemporal object information provided by the present invention, the problem that organic correlation between ''global and local'' time-series index information is cut off by the display window can be well solved.

The visually displayed data processing method comprises the following steps of: obtaining initial data of an occurred event, wherein the initial data of the occurred event comprises a time stamp and the time stamp is data created according to an initial time node of a displayable event when the displayable event occurs in a time period; generating a to-be-displayed model according to the obtained data; binding an animation effect and a time stamp of each model with the model; generating a timer shaft matched with the obtained data during display; and establishinga corresponding relationship between the time stamp of each model and a time point on the timer shaft.
