Teaching system of Single-chip Microcomputer Principle and Interface Technology course is systematacially analyzed.The system comprises teaching,network learning,graduation project and electronic design competition,which form a feedback teaching system.Based on the characteitstics of teaching and network learning,the task derivation method and the timely teaching method are produced respectively.By graduation project and electronic design competition,teaching effect is tested and fed back in order to improve teaching quality.Lastly,the problems about constructing textbook and teaches of the course and attentive things in the course of teaching,are roundly studied.

The paper presents the electronic fuel injection system research results, which can be used in diagnostic issues. Have been described the construction and operation of a typical fuel injection system and analysed its electronic part. It has also been proposed method for the detection of the injector malfunction, based on the analysis of differential current characteristic. Have been shown differences in the electrical parameters of the individual fuel injectors, which can be corrected e.g. by suitable self-learning algorithms. Diagnostics and measurement of the gasoline engines injection system

Evaluation the condition injection system be possible realize voltage check and current during activities injection system. This measuring offers the quantity information that would be possible to apply in On Board Diagnostic. Exploitation residue in the process will be advantage, but occur problem of creation model. Detection of faults gasoline injection system for new OBD systems

In order to detect atomization angle and uniformity of aircraft engine nozzle, a new method of computer vision is proposed in this paper. Fuzzy C-means clustering and Hough transform are introduced in spray angle and center offset test. Template self-adaptive image matching algorithms is proposed to detect uniformity. The errors of atomization angle and center offset are less than 0.5 degree. In uniformity test, the error of fuel volume is less than ±2ml. The characteristics of this method are good repeatability and higher precision.

Application of computer vision in performance test of aircraft engine nozzle

This article describes evaluation principles of electrical parts of the ignition system, using conventional automotive diagnostic systems, based on evaluation of current and voltage waveforms and also the non-destructive thermovision method. The thesis deals with the analysis of fault status of the ignition system where thermograms of the temperature distribution of the ignition coils and the analysis of high voltage ignition curves allow us to evaluate the failure state of the electrical system adequately.

The dynamic characteristics of an electronic fuel injector have important effects on the accuracy of air-fuel ratio control in a manifold injected gasoline engine In this paper a mathematical model to calculate the opening time and closing time of higher impedance injector is built Under specific constructional dimension of the injector, the model equations are solved Thus, the curve of the circuit current during a work circulation is obtained According to the characteristics of the curve, a measurement system to get the opening time and closing time of the injector is developed Under different working voltages, the opening time of the injector obtained from the model and the measurement system are compared, and the similar results show that the measurement system is successful
