The pile column type concrete hollow pile pier structure is characterized by comprising a concrete hollow pile pier, a bridge support, a pier cover beam and a base bearing platform, a flange disc is arranged at the lower end of the concrete hollow pile pier, a reserved bolt hole is formed in the flange disc, the flange disc is connected with the base bearing platform, the flange disc and the base bearing platform are arranged in cast-in-place concrete, an upper bridge support steel plate is arranged at the upper surface of the bridge support while a lower bridge support steel plate is arranged at the lower surface of the bridge support, a flange disc is arranged at the upper end of the concrete hollow pile pier and connected with the lower bridge support steel plate, and the upper bridge support steel plate is connected with the pier cover beam. The pile column type concrete hollow pile pier structure has beneficial effects that the concrete hollow pile pier can be prefabricated in a factory, the pier length can be controlled precisely, the bearing ability of the pier is improved, the concrete hollow pile pier is connected with the base bearing platform through using the flange discs and an insert core reinforcing cage and casting concrete in place, the connecting intensity of the pier can be guaranteed, and the stability thereof is improved.

Abstract: The invention relates to a construction method of a breakwater in a pile-supported cylindrical caisson structure. Connection of a multi-segment pile and sinking of thereof are finished by sinking a lower cylindrical caisson under negative pressure. The pile-supported cylindrical caisson structure comprises an upper cylinder with reserved pile holes, a lower cylinder with compartments and foundation piles; the foundation piles penetrate the reserved pile holes of the upper cylinder and are connected with the upper cylinder through concreting to form an integrated structure; a bottom plate of the upper cylinder is a cover plate of the lower cylinder; the cover plate is provided with reserved ducts for valve control. The construction method has the advantages that the advantages of the cylindrical caisson structure, the caisson structure and the foundation pile structure are given to full play; after the lower cylinder is sunk into the earth, horizontal bearing capacity of the foundation structure can be improved; the foundation pile structure allows higher vertical bearing capacity for a foundation; after the upper cylinder is filled with backfill, structural stability can be improved and wave impact resistance can be improved.

Abstract: The utility model relates to a pile-supporting caisson cylinder bulwark structure. The bulwark structure is characterized by comprising an upper cylinder, a lower cylinder and foundation piles, wherein the upper cylinder is provided with reserved pile holes and compartments, and the lower cylinder is provided with compartments. The upper cylinder and the lower cylinder are in poured connection to form a pile-supporting structure. The foundation piles penetrate through reserved pile holes of the upper cylinder and are connected with the pile-supporting structure through poured concrete to form an integrated pile-supporting caisson cylinder structure. The compartments are formed in the upper cylinder and the lower cylinder through concrete partition plates or steel partition plates. A bottom plate of the upper cylinder is a cover plate of the lower cylinder, and the cover plate is provided with reserved hole passages controlled by valves. The bulwark structure has the advantages that the advantages of the caisson cylinder structure, a caisson structure and a foundation pile structure are fully utilized; after sinking into a mud surface, the lower cylinder can improve the horizontal supporting force of a foundation structure; the foundation pile structure can improve the vertical supporting force of foundations; after the upper cylinder structure is filled with backfills, structural stability and the ability to resist wave impact can be improved.

The industrial factory building framework structure is characterized by comprising a plurality of precast concrete columns, foundation platforms, connecting beams, flanges and roof trusses; the precast concrete columns are connected with the foundation platforms through bottom end flanges; the middle parts of the precast concrete columns are provided with lower middle flanges and upper middle flanges, the connecting beams and crane beams are arranged between the lower middle flanges and the upper middle flanges of the precast concrete columns, and the precast concrete columns are connected through the connecting beams to form the whole industrial factory building framework structure; the precast concrete columns are connected with the roof trusses through top end flanges and roof truss flanges, and the foundation platforms are connected through floor beams to form the foundation of the whole industrial factory building framework structure. The industrial factory building framework structure has the following advantages: the precast concrete columns can be precast in a factory, the quality of the columns is stable and reliable, the columns and the foundation are connected by using the corresponding flanges, so that the connection strength of the precast concrete columns can be ensured, and the period of construction is shortened greatly.

Abstract: The invention discloses a damage-controllable self-resetting section prefabricated assembled steel pipe concrete bridge pier and a manufacturing method thereof, and belongs to the field of bridge engineering. An exposed node connecting piece consists of a foot plate, anchor bolts, end connecting plates and buckling restraining sleeves. A connecting plate is mounted between prefabricated steel pipe concrete sections through high-strength bolts; the exposed node connecting piece is connected with each of a cover beam and a bearing platform by utilizing the anchor bolts, and is connected with a prefabricated steel pipe concrete section through the high-strength bolts relying on the end connecting plates. A pre-stressed tendon penetrates through a section prefabricated steel pipe concrete pier; the two ends of the pre-stressed tendon are respectively anchored to the interiors of the bearing platform and the cover beam by using anchorage devices. The energy consumption-controllable self-resetting section prefabricated assembled steel pipe concrete bridge pier disclosed by the invention has the characteristics of small post-seismic residual displacement, high energy consumption capacity, controllable energy consumption, high assembling degree, convenience and quickness in construction process, greenness, high efficiency, energy conservation, environment friendliness, easiness in factory production, convenience and quickness in construction, and the like; the construction period of the pier can be remarkably shortened.

The bolt connection-based rapid assembling precast rectangular concrete filled steel tube bridge pier comprises precast rectangular concrete filled steel tube sections, pre-buried nodes, connecting plates, high-strength bolts and core penetration bolts; each precast concrete filled steel tube section consists of a steel tube section, concrete, reserved core penetration bolt hole channels, reserved bolt holes, precast screw caps, a sealing material and PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) tubes; each pre-buried node consists of a precast rectangular concrete filled steel tube section, a foot plate, outside-stiffened ribs and anchor bolts; bolt holes and core penetration bolt holes are formed in each connecting plate according to bolt design positions; adjacent precast concrete filled steel tube sections are connected with each other by the connecting plates, the high-strength bolts and the core penetration bolts. Abstract: The invention discloses a wharf structure suitable for a silt coast. A direction which is close to the sea is used as a front direction, and a direction which is relatively away from the sea is used as a rear direction. The wharf structure comprises a causeway, a front diaphragm wall, a rear diaphragm wall, a partition, a plurality of coupling beams and a wharf upper part structure, wherein the front diaphragm wall, the rear diaphragm wall and the partition form a cylindrical caisson structure; the coupling beams are connected with the rear diaphragm wall and a pile foundation; and the wharf upper part structure covers the front diaphragm wall, the rear diaphragm wall, the partition and the pile foundation. By the structure, construction difficulty and engineering investment costs are reduced effectively. A construction method comprises the following steps: (1) constructing the causeway by bagged sand quilts; (2) reinforcing the causeway and silt filled at the rear of the causeway in a blowing manner, reinforcing new silt filled in the blowing manner, and constructing the front diaphragm wall, the rear diaphragm wall and the partition to form the cylindrical caisson structure when the bearing capacity of foundation soil reaches 5 tons at least; (3) excavating causeway remaining earthwork in front of the front diaphragm wall and earthwork under a natural silt surface, and enabling the front edge of a wharf to reach designed water depth; and (4) constructing the pile foundation and the coupling beams, and then constructing the wharf upper part structure. The construction method is simple.
