Non-orthogonal multiple access for 5G: solutions, challenges, opportunities, and future research trends
TL;DR: The concept of software defined multiple access (SoDeMA) is proposed, which enables adaptive configuration of available multiple access schemes to support diverse services and applications in future 5G networks.
Journal ArticleDOI
A Survey of Non-Orthogonal Multiple Access for 5G
TL;DR: A comprehensive survey of the original birth, the most recent development, and the future research directions of non-orthogonal multiple access, along with a range of challenging open problems that should be solved for NOMA.
Journal ArticleDOI

TL;DR: It is found that microdissected tumors with a germline mutation showed loss of heterozygosity and loss of RNase L protein, and that RNASEL activity was reduced in lymphoblasts from heterozyogous individuals compared with family members who were homozygous with respect to the wildtype allele.
Journal ArticleDOI
Spatially Common Sparsity Based Adaptive Channel Estimation and Feedback for FDD Massive MIMO
TL;DR: A spatially common sparsity based adaptive channel estimation and feedback scheme for frequency division duplex based massive multi-input multi-output (MIMO) systems, which adapts training overhead and pilot design to reliably estimate and feed back the downlink channel state information (CSI) with significantly reduced overhead.
Journal ArticleDOI
MmWave massive-MIMO-based wireless backhaul for the 5G ultra-dense network
TL;DR: The feasibility of mmWave massive-MIMO-based wireless backhaul for 5G UDN is discussed, and the benefits and challenges are addressed, and a digitally controlled phase shifter network (DPSN)-based hybrid precoding/combining scheme for mmWavemassive MIMO is proposed.
