Abstract: The invention relates to a prefabricated member connector and a method for butting a concrete prefabricated member consisting of the same. The bottom of a large screw cap is provided with a hole, the upset head of a steel bar is blocked in the hole, a spring is positioned in the large screw cap, one end of the spring is contacted with the upset head, the other end of the spring is contacted with a split collar, and a medium hole screw cap is screwed into the large screw cap, wherein the lower end of the medium hole screw cap is elastically matched with the split collar, and the edge of the medium hole screw cap is blocked at the end face of the large screw cap; an insertion rod has an integrated structure consisting of an insertion head, an insertion neck and an insertion body, wherein the circle area of the bottom of the insertion head is greater than the diameter of the insertion neck integrated with the insertion head, and an annular insertion neck clamping table is formed at the bottom of the insertion head; and the insertion body of the insertion rod is screwed with a small screw cap. The invention has the advantages that: 1, the strong tensile strength among insertion piecesgreatly exceeds the international standard; 2, breakage of butted pieces is radically solved; and 3, the sealing problem of the insertion pieces is thoroughly solved, the reliability of insertion andconnection between the prefabricated members is ensured, and the reliability of a building foundation is ensured.

Abstract: The utility model discloses a variable-section hollow square pile. The variable-section hollow square pile comprises square pile bodies. Each square pile body comprises big-section square pile main bodies and small-section square pile main bodies. At least one hollow groove is formed in the square pile body. The two ends of the square pile body are provided with a plurality of connecting pieces enabling the corresponding two adjacent square pile bodies. Each connecting piece comprises a plug assembly and an insertion groove assembly, wherein the plug assembly protrudes from one end of the corresponding convex pile body, the insertion groove assembly is recessed in one end of the corresponding concave pile body, and the plug assembly and the insertion groove assembly are located at the two ends of the corresponding pile body respectively. In addition, when the plug assemblies of one pile body are inserted into the insertion groove assemblies of another pile body, the plug assemblies and the insertion groove assemblies are connected in a sealed mode. The variable-section hollow square pile has the advantages of being convenient to connect, high in corrosion resistance, long in service life, high in uplift bearing capacity, high in material utilization rate and the like.

The connecting sleeve (1) is provided with a hole (10) along the axial direction; the outer wall of the connecting sleeve (1) is provided with external thread, or at least part of the hole (10) is provided with internal thread (101); the hole (10) also comprises a section of taper hole (102) with a cone shape, or is provided with a blocking table (105) arranged along the inner wall of the hole (10); the side wall of the connecting sleeve (1) is also provided with an open slot (11) extending into the hole (10); the open slot (11) passes through the lower end of the connecting sleeve (1) downwards. The connecting sleeve can greatly reduce the production cost of a precast pile, lightens the labor intensity of workers, increases the production efficiency and improves the product quality.

According to the backlight module, in the assembly process, the light bars are pressed against the back plate so that the riveting columns can pass through the clamping holes and be connected with the clamping holes in a clamping mode to achieve the fixing of the light bars and the back plate.
