You can cancel your subscription anytime via your Typeset Account page or by contacting the customer support team.

Upon cancellation of your initial order within 14 days, a refund can be processed on a case to case basis. Any refund requests post the 14 days will not be processed and the service will continue till the end of the billing period.

Post cancellation, your existing documents will remain in and you can access them without any issues. However, the restrictions of the Basic plan such as Export word limit, Export limit, Version limit, etc. will apply to your documents.
