TL;DR: In this paper, the role of analytical instrumentation and the analytical methods in assessing the quality of the drugs is highlighted and a review highlights a variety of analytical techniques such as titrimetric, chromatographic, spectroscopic, electrophoretic, and electrochemical and their corresponding methods that have been applied in the analysis of pharmaceuticals.

TL;DR: The data revealed that the plants exposed to NiCl2 in soil bioaugmented with strain SJ-101 have accumulated 0.147% Ni vis-à-vis 0.094% accumulation in dry biomass of the plants grown in uninoculated soil, suggesting the strain could be exploited for bacteria-assisted phytoaccumulation of this toxic heavy metal from contaminated sites.

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors measured the transverse-momentum (p(T)) distributions and yields of pi, K, and p in Pb-Pb collisions at root s(NN) = 2.76 TeV.
Abstract: In this paper measurements are presented of pi(+/-), K-+/-, p, and (p) over bar production at midrapidity (vertical bar y vertical bar < 0.5), in Pb-Pb collisions at root s(NN) = 2.76 TeV as a function of centrality. The measurement covers the transverse-momentum (p(T)) range from 100, 200, and 300 MeV/c up to 3, 3, and 4.6 GeV/c for pi, K, and p, respectively. The measured p(T) distributions and yields are compared to expectations based on hydrodynamic, thermal and recombination models. The spectral shapes of central collisions show a stronger radial flow than measured at lower energies, which can be described in hydrodynamic models. In peripheral collisions, the p(T) distributions are not well reproduced by hydrodynamic models. Ratios of integrated particle yields are found to be nearly independent of centrality. The yield of protons normalized to pions is a factor similar to 1.5 lower than the expectation from thermal models.

TL;DR: The present review focuses on the mechanisms of phosphate solubilization, development and mode of fungal inoculants application and mechanisms of growth promotion by phosphate-solubilizing fungi for crop productivity under a wide range of agro-ecosystems.
Abstract: Phosphorus is abundant in soils in both organic and inorganic forms; nevertheless, it is unavailable to plants. Accordingly, soil becomes phosphorus (P)-deficient, making P one of the most important nutrient elements limiting crop productivity. To circumvent the P deficiency, phosphate-solubilizing microorganisms could play an important role in making P available for plants by dissolving insoluble P. The dissolution of inorganic P by microbial communities including fungi is though common under in vitro conditions; the performance of phosphate-solubilizing microbes in situ has been contradictory. Fungi exhibit traits such as mineral solubilization, biological control, and production of secondary metabolites. As such, their potential to enhance plant growth when present in association with the roots is clear. The challenge is how to make use of such biological resources to maintain soil health while increasing the crop productivity by providing P to plants through the application of phosphate-solubilizing f...
