01 Jun 2019TL;DR: In this paper, the oblique resonance wave phenomena are investigated by considering nonlinear coupled evolution equations with fractional time evolution, and the analytical solutions of considered equations are achieved by implementing the proposed auxiliary ordinary differential equation method along with the properties of Khali's fractional derivatives.
Abstract: In this article, the oblique resonance wave phenomena are investigated by considering nonlinear coupled evolution equations with fractional time evolution. In order to investigate such physical phenomena arising in many branches of physics, the time fractional coupled (2 + 1)-dimensional nonlinear Schrodinger and long-short wave resonance interaction evolution equations are considered. The analytical solutions of considered equations are achieved by implementing the proposed auxiliary ordinary differential equation method along with the properties of Khali’s fractional derivatives. The obtained outcomes may be useful for better understanding the basic properties of internal oblique propagating wave dynamics in many branches of science and engineering.

10 Apr 2014TL;DR: In this paper, an attempt to investigate the energy recovery possibilities from the solar energy by using a solar panel which converts light energy from the sun into electrical power is made. And the stored power of battery is used to run the car.
Abstract: At present, solar vehicle is used as one of the cardinal energy saving vehicle where the application of renewable energy meets sustainable energy demand with reduction of fuel cost plus purification of atmosphere. In this vehicle, solar energy powers all or part of a vehicle's propulsion. For running a model car or toy car which is a miniature representation of an automobile, electric power is needed to run the car. As there lies shortage of electric power in Southeast Asian country, it has become a vital issue to initiate the use of renewable energy in developing countries like Bangladesh for reducing the demand of electricity. This paper deals with an attempt to investigate the energy recovery possibilities from the solar energy by using a solar panel which converts light energy from the sun into electrical power. That power is transmitted to the storage battery. The stored power of battery is used to run the car. Speed to weight ratio of toy car illustrates comparatively more flexible and simple than any other design when load is varying. Aerodynamic drag, weight, and rolling resistance all influence the car's design. Due to its simplicity and less bulkiness this design also reflects cost effectiveness and user friendliness.

05 Jan 2021TL;DR: In this article, the authors proposed an efficient Mamdani fuzzy inference system instead of the widely used Takagi-Sugeno system in this field for controlling the temperature and humidity levels of an egg incubator.
Abstract: Temperature and humidity are two of the rudimentary factors that must be controlled during egg incubation. Improper temperature and humidity levels during the incubation period often result in unwanted conditions. This paper proposes the design of an efficient Mamdani fuzzy inference system instead of the widely used Takagi-Sugeno system in this field for controlling the temperature and humidity levels of an egg incubator. Though the optimum incubation temperature and humidity levels used here are that of chicken egg, the proposed methodology is applicable to other avian species as well. The input functions have been used here as per estimated values for safe hatching using Mamdani whereas defuzzification method, Center of Area (COA), has been applied for output. From the model output, a stabilized heat from temperature level and fan speed to control the humidity level of an egg incubator can be obtained. This maximizes the hatching rate of healthy chicks under any conditions in the field.

07 Mar 2007TL;DR: Context free grammar and top-down approach have been used for the purpose of generating annotated parse tree with distinct semantic features of Bangla words that are necessary for semantic analysis.
Abstract: Semantics is concerned with the meaning of words and a word with semantic features is corresponding to their sense component. Associating words with semantic features is useful in the field of machine translation. This paper present a methodology for analysis the Bangla sentences in semantic manner. This paper also focuses on the several primitive semantic features of Bangla words that are necessary for semantic analysis. Semantic features are shown in a tabular fashion with values indicating whether the features or inverse features are applicable and also whatever the features are redundant. Context free grammar and top-down approach have been used for the purpose of generating annotated parse tree with distinct semantic features in this paper. Model is tested for simple sentence of Bangla and test results reflect the successful results for most of the test cases.

28 Jun 2011TL;DR: A Hue-Saturation-Intensity color model is adopted and statistical based template matching technique is used for recognition of Korean plate characters to detect candidate regions when vehicle bodies and license plate have similar color based on characteristics of color.
Abstract: Automatic vehicle identification is a very crucial and inevitable task in intelligent traffic systems. In this paper, initially, a Hue-Saturation-Intensity (HSI) color model is adopted to select automatically statistical threshold value for detecting candidate regions. The proposed method focuses are on the implementation of a method to detect candidate regions when vehicle bodies and license plate (LP) have similar color based on characteristics of color. Tilt correction in horizontal direction by the least square fitting with perpendicular offsets (LSFPO) is proposed and implemented for estimating rotation angle of the LP region. Then the whole image is rotated for tilt correction in horizontal direction by this angle. Tilt correction in vertical direction by reorientation of the titled LP candidate through inverse affine transformation is proposed and implemented for removing shear from the LP candidates. Finally, statistical based template matching technique is used for recognition of Korean plate characters. Various LP images are used with a variety of conditions to test the proposed method and results are presented to prove its effectiveness.
