TL;DR: In this article, the performance parameters (Jsc, Voc, FF and conversion efficiency) of ultra-thin Molybdenum telluride (MoTe2) PV cell through numerical analysis were examined by inserting Indium Telluride back surface field between absorber layer and back contact metal.
Abstract: Molybdenum telluride (MoTe2) is a very promising candidate as PV cell for better cell stability and performance. In this research work, AMPS (Analysis of Microelectronic and Photonic Structures) simulator was used to examine the performance parameters (Jsc, Voc, FF and conversion efficiency) of ultra-thin MoTe2 PV cell through numerical analysis. During the study, it was found that absorber layer thickness of MoTe2 PV cell is adequate to achieve cell efficiency at satisfactory level. In addition, the hidden potentiality of MoTe2 PV cell was examined by inserting Indium Telluride (ImTe3) back surface field (BSF) between absorber layer and back contact metal. The conversion efficiency of 17.06% (FF = 0.730, Voc = 0.98 V and Jsc = 23.74 mA/cm2) has been achieved for 1 μm absorber layer of MoTe2 PV cell without BSF, whereas higher conversion efficiency is 25.29% (FF = 0.847, Voc = 1.08 V and Jsc = 27.60 mA/cm2) achieved at room temperature with only 0.7 μm of MoTe2 absorber layer along with 100 nm In2Te3 BSF. This research work compares the thermal stability of the structure of MoTe2 PV cell with and without BSF. It was found that the normalized efficiency decreased in response of increasing the operating temperature at the gradient of −0.0275%/°C without BSF. For the addition of In2Te3 BSF in the proposed MoTe2 PV cell, the degradation of normalized efficiency was too less in the range of higher operating temperature.

TL;DR: In this article, a summary on probable use of E-waste in concrete on the basis of different researchers and it marches strong possibility of Ewaste being used as additional of aggregate as well as environmental impact.
Abstract: Electronic waste or e-waste defines rejected electrical or electronic devices. Secondhand electronics which are destined for recover, resale, salvage, recycling, or disposal are also considered e-waste. Electronic waste is an emerging concern posing serious contamination problems to the human and the environment. E-waste disposal is a typical task for whole over the world. Utilization of E-waste materials is a partial solution to environmental and ecological problems. Due to large amount of concrete use as the construction material availability of raw material is being questioned. Therefore, other replacing materials are needed to be finding out. E-waste is used as one such alternative for aggregate in concrete. This paper presents a summary on probable use of E-waste in concrete on the basis of different researchers and it marches strong possibility of E-waste being used as additional of aggregate as well as environmental impact. The use of natural aggregates in concrete will be decreased if different types of by-product is used in concrete as a substitute material. And it is more important to renovate the waste material.

TL;DR: This paper elucidates simple design method of a low cost digital thermometer based on PIC16F77A microcontroller and temperature sensor LM35, an analog sensor which converts the surrounding temperature to a proportional analog voltage.
Abstract: This paper elucidates simple design method of a low cost digital thermometer based on PIC16F77A microcontroller and temperature sensor LM35. LM35 is an analog sensor which converts the surrounding temperature to a proportional analog voltage. The sensor's output is connected to one of the ADC (Analog to Digital Converter) channel inputs of the microcontroller to originate the equivalent temperature value in digital format. Within a short duration 10 digital values of temperature are stored and computed to have maximum, minimum and average temperature among these. Then, the computed formats of temperature are displayed in a 16×2 character LCD in °C scale correspondingly. This design process is more convenient than others as it is more economical, efficient and simple.

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors identify possible common causes for adverse reactions with a view to enabling strategies that reduce patient risk by using patient data to classify and characterise patients those at risk of such reactions.
Abstract: Good vaccine safety and reliability are essential to prevent infectious disease spread. A small but significant number of apparent adverse reactions to the new COVID-19 vaccines have been reported. Here, we aim to identify possible common causes for such adverse reactions with a view to enabling strategies that reduce patient risk by using patient data to classify and characterise patients those at risk of such reactions. We examined patient medical histories and data documenting post-vaccination effects and outcomes. The data analyses were conducted by different statistical approaches followed by a set of machine learning classification algorithms. In most cases, similar features were significantly associated with poor patient reactions. These included patient prior illnesses, admission to hospitals and SARS-CoV-2 reinfection. The analyses indicated that patient age, gender, allergic history, taking other medications, type-2 diabetes, hypertension and heart disease are the most significant pre-existing factors associated with risk of poor outcome and long duration of hospital treatments, pyrexia, headache, dyspnoea, chills, fatigue, various kind of pain and dizziness are the most significant clinical predictors. The machine learning classifiers using medical history were also able to predict patients most likely to have complication-free vaccination with an accuracy score above 85%. Our study identifies profiles of individuals that may need extra monitoring and care (e.g., vaccination at a location with access to comprehensive clinical support) to reduce negative outcomes through classification approaches. Important classifiers achieving these reactions notably included allergic susceptibility and incidence of heart disease or type-2 diabetes.
