TL;DR: In this paper, the conversion of two-dimensional graphene sheets to three-dimensional crumpled graphene structure has been verified to be the most effective approach to solve the problem of irreversible stacking between individual sheets resulting in the decrease in the Specific Surface Area (SSA) compared to the theoretically reported values.
Abstract: Research on Graphene and its importance in the field of energy conversion and storage devices such as fuel cells, batteries, supercapacitors and solar cells has gained momentum recently. It is studied to be the most suitable electrode material for enhanced performance of supercapacitors in terms of charge–discharge cycles, specific capacitance, high power and energy densities and so on, specifically due to its high conductivity and large theoretical surface area. Unfortunately, it posits lot of challenges due to its irreversible stacking between the individual sheets resulting in the decrease in the Specific Surface Area (SSA) compared to the theoretically reported values. Numerous studies have been carried out to prevent this stacking in order to increase the surface area, thereby being a more suitable material for the manufacture of electrodes for supercapacitors as its capacitance greatly depends on the electrode material. To solve this problem, the conversion of two-dimensional graphene sheets to three-dimensional crumpled graphene structure has been verified to be the most effective approach. The study of crumpled graphene has been one of the recent trends in the field of energy storage applications in consumer electronics and hybrid vehicles as the process of crumpling can be controlled to suit the prospective device applications.

TL;DR: In another dimension, many studies have proved the connection between loyal employees and business success as mentioned in this paper, which is difficult for companies to gauge how much effort they should put into promoting loyalty given the mobility of workers today.
Abstract: It is difficult for companies to gauge how much effort they should put into promoting loyalty, given the mobility of workers today. In another dimension, many studies have proved the connection between loyal employees and business success. This study attempts to throw some light on both employee loyalty to organizations and vice versa. The pertinent case analyses perceptions among various employees with respect to loyalty towards Polyhydron Pvt. Ltd, Belgaum, India. An interview schedule containing 40 items was used to collect data from the different strata of employees. Results indicated a significant effect of organizational variables on employee loyalty. The study also builds a case with appropriate variables while exploring various ways to enhance the employer’s loyalty towards the organization and its employees, interlinking perspectives from view point of both employer and employee and highlights its benefits.

TL;DR: In this paper, the effect of different process parameters on kerf width and surface roughness while using abrasive water suspension jet (AWSJ) techniques for machining glass fiber-reinforced plastic composite submerged in water was investigated.
Abstract: The selection of parameters for abrasive water suspension jet (AWSJ) machining of GFRP composites is a major aspect to be considered for optimizing the process. Generally, machining of plastics, polymer matrix composites are accomplished by the AWSJ machining carried out in the presence of atmospheric air; however, the existence of air around the AWSJ may lead to expansion of jet which results in increase in the kerf width and surface roughness; thus to overcome this drawback, an effort has been made in the current work to compare the effect of different process parameters on kerf width and surface roughness while using AWSJ techniques for machining glass fibre-reinforced plastic composite submerged in water. The exploratory outcomes have herewith validated the fact that the surface roughness and kerf width diminishes in under water machining when contrasted with that of free air machining; this is majorly attributed to the fact that the jet diameter reduces in under water AWSJ machining, thereby reducing the kerf width and surface roughness for optimized values of the parameters of speed, feed and standoff distance. Further, the experimental trials have clearly shown that the AWSJ machining used with an optimized set of parameters yields better machining capabilities as compared to abrasive water jet machining.
