TL;DR: In this article, the static noise margin (SNM) and leakage power at different temperature and power supply for different SRAM cells 6T, 8T, 9T and 10T were analyzed.
Abstract: SRAM cell stability and leakage power consumption is one of the primary concern in nanotechnology era. Threshold voltage (Vth) of MOS changes with temperature and thereby leakage power of MOS. We analyze static noise margin (SNM) and leakage power at different Temperature and Power supply for different SRAM cells 6T, 8T, 9T and 10T. Simulations are done on cadence virtuoso tool. The result shows that 9T SRAM cell have better performance, power consumption and static noise margin compared to other three structures. Results shows that 9T SRAM cell has at least 20% less leakage Power with respect to 10T SRAM cell and have 150% increased static noise margin over conventional 6T SRAM cell.

TL;DR: Experimental results have shown better performance in YCbCr color space followed by YUV and LUV, while a novel Block Truncation Coding Extended to Color Clumps for image retrieval purpose is proposed.
Abstract: Image retrieval is useful to retrieve images from outsized image databases, which can be beneficial to plenty of image supporting applications. Colors of an image are easier for extraction. Block Truncation Coding (BTC) prominently used with many variations. This paper proposed a novel Block Truncation Coding Extended to Color Clumps for image retrieval purpose. Total of 24 variations, using four clumps and six color spaces are experimented on image database having 1000 images. Experimental results have shown better performance in YCbCr color space followed by YUV and LUV. The best image retrieval is by Extended Block truncation coding using 8 color clumps in YCbCr color space.

TL;DR: Instantaneous reactive rower theory is used in proposed shunt active power filter for extracting harmonic from source currents and the simulation results on Matlab/simulink tool are presented.
Abstract: Active power filters have become very popular in AC power networks for reducing harmonic pollution and for reactive power compensation. The network containing non linear loads like power converters are provided with either shunt type or series type active power filter for improving THD. It also improves voltage regulation and flicker unbalance. The instantaneous power theory also known as p-q theory is used for most of the active power filters. Shunt active power filter for three phase three wire AC network is explained in this paper. Instantaneous reactive rower theory is used in proposed shunt active power filter for extracting harmonic from source currents. The simulation results on Matlab/simulink tool are presented.

TL;DR: This paper presents Isolated Hindi words recognition system which is a part of Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) system, using MFCC as feature extraction technique, K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) with GMM (Gaussian Mixture Model) for recognition of Hindi isolated words.
Abstract: Speech recognition is a broad subject as speech is natural way of communication. The acoustic and language model for this system are available but mostly in English language [15]. In India there are so many peoples who can't understand or speak English. So the speech recognition system in English language is of no use for these people. Here we presented Isolated Hindi words recognition system which is a part of Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) system. Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) is also called as computer speech recognition. The main goal of ASR system understands a voice by computer or microphone and converts it into the text to perform required task. The performance accuracy of speech recognition is highly depends on feature extraction and pattern recognition technique. In this paper, we are using MFCC as feature extraction technique, K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) with GMM (Gaussian Mixture Model) for recognition of Hindi isolated words. For practical analysis we will prepare the Hindi words speech dataset of different males and females speakers.
