TL;DR: This paper asks how and why stakeholder analysis should be conducted for participatory natural resource management research, and proposes new tools and combinations of methods that can more effectively identify and categorise stakeholders and help understand their inter-relationships.

TL;DR: The missing contact surface in the approximate Riemann solver of Harten, Lax, and van Leer is restored and the resulting solver is simpler and computationally more efficient than the latter, particulaly for non-ideal gases.
Abstract: The missing contact surface in the approximate Riemann solver of Harten, Lax, and van Leer is restored. This is achieved following the same principles as in the original solver. We also present new ways of obtaining wave-speed estimates. The resulting solver is as accurate and robust as the exact Riemann solver, but it is simpler and computationally more efficient than the latter, particulaly for non-ideal gases. The improved Riemann solver is implemented in the second-order WAF method and tested for one-dimensional problems with exact solutions and for a two-dimensional problem with experimental results.

TL;DR: In this article, the authors developed a conceptual framework for customer relationship management (CRM) that helps broaden the understanding of CRM and its role in enhancing customer value and, as a result, shareholder value.
Abstract: In this article, the authors develop a conceptual framework for customer relationship management (CRM) that helps broaden the understanding of CRM and its role in enhancing customer value and, as a result, shareholder value. The authors explore definitional aspects of CRM, and they identify three alternative perspectives of CRM. The authors emphasize the need for a cross-functional, process-oriented approach that positions CRM at a strategic level. They identify five key cross-functional CRM processes: a strategy development process, a value creation process, a multichannel integration process, an information management process, and a performance assessment process. They develop a new conceptual framework based on these processes and explore the role and function of each element in the framework. The synthesis of the diverse concepts within the literature on CRM and relationship marketing into a single, process-based framework should provide deeper insight into achieving success with CRM strategy...

TL;DR: A Product-Service System (PSS) as mentioned in this paper is an integrated combination of products and services that embraces a service-led competitive strategy, environmental sustainability, and the basis to differentiate from competitors who simply offer lower priced products.
Abstract: A Product-Service System (PSS) is an integrated combination of products and services. This Western concept embraces a service-led competitive strategy, environmental sustainability, and the basis to differentiate from competitors who simply offer lower priced products. This paper aims to report the state-of-the-art of PSS research by presenting a clinical review of literature currently available on this topic. The literature is classified and the major outcomes of each study are addressed and analysed. On this basis, this paper defines the PSS concept, reports on its origin and features, gives examples of applications along with potential benefits and barriers to adoption, summarizes available tools and methodologies, and identifies future research challenges.
