Abstract: The invention relates to a security method for gaining access, which allows authorized persons to gain access to a protected area and prevents access by unauthorized persons. The inventive method is characterized in that a number of persons in a verification area are determined, a number of authorization passes present in said area are verified, the number of persons and the number of authorization passes are compared and if the number of persons agrees with the number of authorization passes, an access approval signal is generated. The invention also relates to a device that is suitable for carrying out the method.

Abstract: The invention relates to a method for delivering a shipment by an unmanned transport device (1) to a receiving container (2) for said shipment (6), the method comprising the following and additional steps: moving the unmanned transport device (1) into a destination area (10) associated with the receiving container (2), on the basis of geographical co-ordinates (a); once the unmanned transport device (1) has reached the destination area (10), pairing of the transport device (1) with the receiving container (2) and exchanging electronic authorisation information (13) between the receiving container (2) and the unmanned transport device (1) (d).

Abstract: There is provided a forklift truck for lifting and moving goods placed on a palette. An exemplary forklift truck comprises a lifting device that is vertically positioned with a lift pole. The lifting device comprises a horizontal bar to which at least two parallel forks are fixed. The forklift truck also comprises a guidance system that includes at least one optical positioning aid, and a central processing unit to which the rangefinder units are connected. The guidance system further comprises at least three rangefinder units for measuring range data. One of the at least three rangefinder unit is located at each front-end of the two forks. Additionally, one of the at least three rangefinder units and one optical positioning aid are located at the horizontal bar of the lifting device.
