Abstract: Цель . Научная работа предусматривает: 1) подтверждение как заявленных технических характеристик вагонов и их модификаций, так и показателей безотказной работы в течение межремонтного времени или наработки; 2) усовершенствование методологических подходов оценки эксплуатационных характеристик новой и модернизируемой техники железнодорожного транспорта на примере несамоходного подвижного состава, а именно − железнодорожных грузовых вагонов; 3) решение научно-прикладной проблемы по оценке эксплуатационных характеристик новой и модернизируемой железнодорожной техники. Методика . Рассмотрены основные методологические подходы к оценке эксплуатационных характеристик на примере несамоходного подвижного состава, а именно − железнодорожных грузовых вагонов. Проводится анализ безотказности вагона, который рассматривается как сложная механическая система, где все элементы системы соединены последовательно, при этом каждый из элементов включает m последовательно соединённых деталей. Отказ каждой расчетной части приведет к отказу вагона. Таким образом, вагон является системой без резервирования. Результаты . Усовершенствована методика оценки эксплуатационных характеристик грузовых вагонов в подконтрольной эксплуатации с учетом особенностей вагонов нового поколения. Уточнены: длительность проведения испытаний, периодичность осмотра контрольной группы вагонов, контролируемые параметры вагона, причины досрочного прекращения подконтрольной эксплуатации. Выявленные в процессе подконтрольной эксплуатации отказы разделены по их характеру. Научная новизна . Авторами предложена методика оценки эксплуатационных характеристик железнодорожной техники в опытной эксплуатации на примере грузовых вагонов нового поколения. Практическая значимость . Результаты работы позволяют оценить эксплуатационные характеристики новой и модернизируемой техники железнодорожного транспорта при проведении эксплуатационных испытаний

Abstract: The problem of the interaction of rolling stock with the rail track has been analyzed in the present paper. It has been established that in the process of transport science development a number of methods for determining the causes of wheel pairs derailment are developed, which, in a varying degree, take into account the peculiarities of their interaction. The problem of choosing the most accurate method for estimating the causes of rolling stock derailment becomes more complicated because of the lack of sufficient experimental data that would allow us to verify the adequacy of the models. The indicators of stability of the wheel against derailment, which are used on the railways of Ukraine and Europe, have been examined. Their dependences on the speed of movement were derived. It has been established that the increase of the speed of motion leads to the increase of the interaction power of the rolling stock with the rail track, which may, under certain operational parameters, provoke its derailment. As a result of the calculations, it has been shown that the use of norms for car design and calculation used on Ukrainian railways can lead to an inadequate estimation of traffic safety parameters, since it does not take into account the unevenness of the railway track. It has been established that the requirements of BS EN 14363: 2005 European norms are stricter in comparison with the norms for calculation and evaluation of the bearing elements strength and dynamic qualities of motor-vehicle rolling stock used on Ukrainian railways. A comparison of the experimentally and theoretically calculated values of the stability margin coefficient against wheel derailment of the first wheel pair of the diesel train car was carried out.

Abstract: Purpose . The purpose of the investigation is to outline the main points of Hume’s interpretation of the basic anthropological project of the era based on radical cultural transformations of the early modern age; to represent a modern vision of Hume's anthropology as a response to the demand of the era and necessity to complete its basic project. Methodology. The research was based on phenomenological and hermeneutic approaches. Originality . Contemporary understanding of the position of anthropological project in Hume's philosophy is regarded as unsatisfactory by the author. Development of the basic project as anthropological is rooted in scientific revolution and needs to be continued and completed. Contemporary prevalence of deanthropogical versions of Hume's philosophy is the result of underestimated significance of the concept of nature in the broad sense. According to the philosopher's texts, heuristic potential of Hume's position is emphasized by the author. The modern version of the basic project in the early modern age is criticized and demands significant changes to become anthropological. Findings . Modern perception of Hume’s philosophy as an anthropological project is unsatisfactory in terms of historical and philosophical science and needs detailed analysis. In order to understand the conditions of anthropological project significance, it is advisable to focus on: a) scientific revolution and the necessity to complete it; b) determine the role of the concept of nature in its broad sense. Nowadays the way of Hume's rethinking of the basic project of modern philosophy as insufficiently anthropological is quite heuristic. Empiricism, dogmatism, superstition and skepticism are the manifestations of the latter. For Hume, the era was as an incomplete anthropological project and its legacy as the most complete form of explication. Today the interest in the phenomenon of a human provides a reasonable basis to define that modern period is related to the era of Hume, and therefore, to give some reasoning for his remarkable ideas as New Hume's era.

Abstract: The research objective is to increase the efficiency of export railway transportation of grain freights in Ukraine by the introduction of consignor routing, a concentration of loading of grain on junction elevators and the organization of the movement of grain routes according to the schedule. According to the researchers in USA and EU, one of the effective directions for decreasing the expenses in a logistic chain of grain delivery to ports is consignor routing of railway transportation. Consignor routing of transportations of grain freights provides a concentration of their loading at junctions. The choice of junctions is proposed to be carried out on the basis of methods of the cluster analysis. For formation of regions for a concentration of grain loading the theory of sets and multicriteria optimization are used. As a result, on the basis of the modified simplex method are chosen 24 regions of possible concentration of grain loading that cover 70 stations on Ukrainian railways providing 7,5 million t consignor routing for grain in a year with minimal additional expenses. The assessment of the efficiency of railway transportation routing of grain freights is calculated with use of the developed simulation model. Researches showed that application of consignor routing allows to reduce a turnround cycle for grain wagon in a logistic chain of deliveries up to 27%, and application of the schedule for consignor routes allows to reduce a turn-round cycle up to 62%, in comparison with transportation by car loading. Thus, as showed the calculations executed for one of the directions of grain transportation for export, the necessary operation park of graincarrier wagons is reduced twice, thereby allowing to cut logistic expenses on a delivery of the Ukrainian grain through seaports to the world markets.

Abstract: Purpose . Increasing the maximum loading from the car axle on the rails during transportation of goods and the speed of movement of railway vehicles will enhance the integration processes between the countries. In order to ensure safe and reliable traffic at the railways it is necessary to improve control, quantitative evaluation of the dynamic loading of the rolling stock, which in the process of its operation is a relevant scientific and technical problem. The purpose of this work is to study the influence of the axle loading increase in gondola cars, taking into account the possible speed increase on their main dynamic indicators and indicators of interaction of rolling stock and track. Methodology . The study was carried out by the method of mathematical and computer simulation of the dynamic loading of a gondola car using the model of spatial oscillations of the coupling of five cars and the software complex developed in the branch research laboratory of the dynamics and strength of rolling stock (BRL DSRS). The initial data for research are as follows: the movement of gondola car of the model 12-532 with typical bogies of 18-100 at the speeds ranging from 50 to 90 km/h in curves with radii of 350 and 600 m, with superelevation of 130 and 120 mm, respectively. Findings . The article analyzes the dynamic qualities of a rolling stock using the example of gondola cars, the calculations are performed using the package of applied programs with sufficient accuracy for practice. During the theoretical studies and simulation, taking into account the processes of freight car oscillation in case of increasing the axle loading, the dependences of the main dynamic parameters, taking into account the movement speed were obtained. Originality . Originality of the work results lies in the study of the influence of increasing the axle loading in gondola cars, taking into account the possible movement speed increase on the dynamic loading in order to solve the problem of forecasting the rolling stock dynamics. The results of theoretical studies, taking into account the movement speed in the curved track sections of small and medium radius were obtained for the first time. Practical value . The application of these results will contribute to improving the traffic safety of freight cars and will improve the technical and economic performance of railway transport.
