Abstract: Мета. У науковій роботі необхідно вирішити наступні задачі: 1) дослідити можливості AutodeskRevit по створенню параметричних об’єктів; 2) створити інформаційну модель проміжної опори моста з можливістю зміни розмірів моделі без зміни геометрії об’єкта; 3) відстежити складність та доцільність використання параметричних моделей при проектуванні елементів мостових переходів. Методика. Дослідження проводились за допомогою просторового моделювання в системі AutodeskRevit. Задавались співвідношення параметрів об’єкта, взаємозв’язки між окремими геометричними елементами та перевірялось, які зміни відбуваються з моделлю при зміні заданих параметрів. Результати. Створено модель опори двох типів: для залізничних мостів та для автодорожніх. Для обох типів моделі змінюються розміри та кількість складових елементів відповідно до введених параметрів. Проведена робота підтверджує можливість створення інформаційних параметричних моделей складної форми та доцільність їх використання при проектуванні мостів і не тільки. Наукова новизна . Створення інформаційних моделей – сучасна та актуальна тема. Але як в літературі, так і в інтернет-ресурсах параметризація розглядається на прикладі примітивних об’єктів. Модель, що запропонована в статті, складається з кількох залежних геометричних тіл, отже, розкриває тему параметризації об’єктів більш повно та детально, порівняно з існуючими джерелами. Що стосується створення параметричних моделей елементів мостових переходів – то в літературі така інформація не зустрічається, тобто, запропонована вперше. Практична значимість . Параметризація просторових моделей дає можливість значно прискорити та спростити процес проектування будь-яких об’єктів за рахунок використання типових параметричних моделей у багатьох проектах. Особливо це стосується проектування мостових переходів, адже стандартні елементи для них, такі як опора або прогонова будова, в програмних продуктах поки що не представлені. Проектування мостів, як плоского контуру, порівняно з використанням просторових інформаційних моделей, – довгий та неефективний процес, до того ж не дає можливості візуалізації, яка є необхідною складовою будь-якого проекту.

Abstract: Purpose. The purpose of the article is to develop a one- and two-element model of the fees calculation for the use of track infrastructure of Ukrainian railway transport. Methodology. On the basis of this one can consider that when planning the planned preventive track repair works and the amount of depreciation charges the guiding criterion is not the amount of progress it is the operating life of the track infrastructure facilities. The cost of PPTRW is determined on the basis of the following: the classification track repairs; typical technological processes for track repairs; technology based time standards for PPTRW; costs for the work of people, performing the PPTRW, their hourly wage rates according to the Order 98-Ts; the operating cost of machinery; regulated list; norms of expenditures and costs of materials and products (they have the largest share of the costs for repairs); railway rates; average distances for transportation of materials used during repair; standards of general production expenses and the administrative costs. Findings. The models offered in article allow executing the objective account of expenses in travelling facilities for the purpose of calculation of the proved size of indemnification and necessary size of profit, the sufficient enterprises for effective activity of a travelling infrastructure. Originality. The methodological bases of determination the fees (payments) for the use of track infrastructure on one- and two-element base taking into account the experience of railways in the EC countries and the current transport legislation were grounded. Practical value. The article proposes the one- and two-element models of calculating the fees (payments) for the TIF use, accounting the applicable requirements of European transport legislation, which provides the expense compensation and income formation, sufficient for economic incentives of the efficient operation of the TIE of Ukrainian railway transport.

Abstract: Purpose . The work involves identifying the dependence of structural and mechanical properties of the concrete on the composition of used modifier additives, the nature of changes of structural and mechanical properties depending on the period of concrete hardening of test and modified samples. Methodology . The applied microstructural, fractographic, microprobe analyses and physico-mechanical tests revealed the required dependencies. Findings . The microstructure of the cement stone under equal conditions of concrete mix selection depends on the composition of used raw materials and production technology. This paper investigates the structural changes in the setting time of hard mixture concrete and effect of component parts of the complex modifier additive PLKP (produced by «Logia», Dnepropetrovsk) on morphology, dispersion and chemical composition of the cement stone, as well as the mechanical characteristics of concrete for the foundation slab. The study of the structural and physical-mechanical characteristics of the test samples and modified concrete at various hardening stages showed that the use Ukrainian hyper-plasticizer PLKP contributes to the formation of nano-structured concrete. The addition of hardening accelerators to the super-plasticizer additive reduces the diameter of crystal whiskers, increases the structural homogeneity and stability and improves the complex of the concrete mechanical characteristics. Application of new PLKP polycarboxylate additives in the production of concrete mixtures for the foundation slab allows eliminating the steaming from the foundation slab production technology. The absence of salt component in the additive improves the concrete durability. Originality . The paper showed that modification of the concrete with complex additive PLKP facilitates the formation of the most homogeneous structure of cement stone, which consists of compact crystals surrounded by fibrous crystals that are tightly intertwined in the pore space. This structure contributes to the maximum characteristics of the concrete compressive strength. Herewith the steaming by traditional technology helps to increase the size of the primary ettringite crystals having a tendency to restructure during the operation of concrete products at temperatures of around 200°C. Practical value . Adjustment of foundation slab production parameters, namely – steaming temperature reduction or elimination of this operation from the concrete sleeper production cycle, using PLKP additives, can improve the structural homogeneity and stability, increase the density of the concrete and result in positive effect on its durability.

Abstract: Purpose. The purpose of study is to identify the features of the railway track work deformation by establishing the boundaries of the track sustainability depending on the design and condition of systems of the upper and lower track structure, plan of a line for the possibility of forming a regulatory framework for reliability and functional safety of railway track in Ukraine. Methodology. The complete method of S. P. Pershyn of determination the critical values of compressive strength was used for the achievement of the purpose. Findings . The author found that the ratio of the minimum values of compressive force under the certain bending deformation can be used as evaluation conditions of the track deformation resistance and basis for formation the base of reliability and functional safety of the Ukrainian railway track. Originality . The theoretical position for the consideration the deformation stability of the upper and lower track structure were proposed. It will allow studying the process of deformation work of the system, which changes its state during a particular operating time. Thus, it allows determining the parameters of the functional reliability of the train as a part of security pass of the rolling stock on the track, accounting its technical condition. Practical value . Usually for the safe passage of rolling stock the parameters of the oscillations of the «vehicle – track» are determined. These parameters are normalized with the instructions on design and maintenance of the railway track. Changes in the regulatory framework of rail transport in recent years provide the observance of its functional safety that are not included in the existing regulations of the railway track. Therefore it is necessary the issue of effect impact assessment of the rolling stock on the track to consider as a dynamic process, limit states criteria of which are determined on the basis of existing norms, correlated with the reliability states, and to develop criteria for security throughout the life cycle on their basis. At considering the dynamic process of track oscillation and rolling stock must take into account the deformation resistance of the track. This issue was addressed only in terms of changes in temperature deformations. This study provides a basis at which it is possible to take into account the stiffness of deformation for the ability of regulatory framework formation for reliability and functional safety of railway track in Ukraine.
