Abstract: Цель Условием бесперебойной и эффективной работы каждой технологической линии является использование транспортирующих машин с высокими техническими характеристиками Хорошо себя зарекомендовали на практике конструкции машин для транспортировки, которые используют в процессе работы вибрацию Применение виброустановок требует оптимизации режимов их работы В виде упругого звена все больше используют резинометаллические элементы, характеризующиеся нелинейностью демпфирующих свойств Поэтому в работе необходим поиск новых, более совершенных методов расчета динамических характеристик вибромашин с учётом свойств резины как амортизационного материала Методика Рассмотрено динамику вибрационной машины, которая имеет в качестве упругих звеньев резинометаллические блоки и буферные амортизаторы, ограничивающие амплитуду колебаний рабочего органа Предложенный метод определения амплитудно-частотной характеристики вибропитателя базируется на принципе Вольтера, который при расчетах демпфирующих свойств амортизаторов дает возможность учитывать упруго-наследственные свойства резины При корректировке динамических жесткостей основных упругих связей и буферов вибропитателя, используя принцип наследственности свойств резины, определяют зависимость амплитуды колебаний рабочего органа машины Такой метод получил название «интегро-операторный» с применением дробно-экспоненциальных ядер релаксации Результаты Используя выведенную формулу определения амплитуды, построено резонансную кривую нелинейной одномассной системы Сопоставлением теоретических и практических результатов установлено, что использование предложенной методики расчета обеспечивает достаточно полное описание демпфирующих параметров резинометаллических изделий и одновременно является эффективным средством расчета амплитудно-частотных характеристик нелинейных колебательных систем Научная новизна Авторами усовершенствована методика определения демпфирующих характеристик резинометаллических изделий и амплитудно-частотных характеристик нелинейных колебательных систем путем введения в алгоритм расчета зависимостей, учитывающих упруго-наследственные свойства резин Практическая значимость Использование интегро-операторного метода с применением дробно-экспоненциальных ядер релаксации обеспечит повышение точности расчетов демпфирующих параметров резинометаллических изделий, амплитудно-частотных характеристик нелинейных колебательных систем и даст возможность еще больше оптимизировать режимы работы вибрационного оборудования Изготовленные с учетом принципа наследственности свойств резины резинометаллические блоки для упругой подвески вибропитателя исключат вероятность ограничения производительности технологической линии в связи с низкой долговечностью деталей подвески питателя

Abstract: Purpose . The article is aimed to prove the possibility of increasing the significance of university libraries through the services for representing the publication activity of a scientific organization. Methodology . Consideration of the possibilities of the university library to support the scientific and publishing activities of the university, namely its publication activity, was carried out on the experience of the Scientific and Technical Library of Dnipro National University of Railway Transport named after Academician V. Lazaryan (Library of DNURT). Results. The features and stages of creating / correction of the organization profile in Scopus and Web of Science databases are presented. The role of the library in scientometric studies evaluating the publication activity of university is indicated. Conclusions. The demand for university library and strengthening of its role have significantly increased as a result of the introduction of services to support the publication activity of employees and organization

Abstract: Purpose of the work is to substantiate the development of railway tourism in the context of human needs in accordance with the theory of individual life space. Methodology. Theoretical and methodological basis of the study is the provisions of the economic theory, management theory, corporate governance. The rational activity of travel agencies is based on the principles of economic equilibrium; Ukrainian population demand for railway tourism was determined with the help of market research and anonymous survey; to explore the real balance between the demand for tourist rail transport and the potential of the required volume of services the paper suggests the balance method. Since any travel company is an open system and is completely dependent on environmental factors, we proposed a method for estimating the factors of internal and external environment. Originality. The element of originality is compilation of existing concepts to the definition of the individual as a subject of life property, for the understanding of human relationships and its external environment. The paper developed the issue of the ability to influence the value of human life space with the help of tourist services. Conclusions. Market research conducted by the author has shown that in Ukraine there is a certain demand for tourist transport by rail, because it is more reliable, safer and more comfortable than the road transport. It is proved that the development of a new innovative project is very timely, as it will allow: to develop tourist infrastructure of Ukraine and bring it to the domestic and foreign tourists; replenish the state and local budgets by tourists; create new jobs for the population and improve their living level; partially reduce the loss-making passenger sector by increasing the volume of rail transport; expand life space for the people of Ukraine that will allow raising the intellectual level of the individual.

Abstract: Purpose . The work is intended to investigate the electromagnetic processes in impedance bond in order to improve noise immunity of track circuits (TC) for safe railway operation. Methodology . To achieve this purpose the methods of scientific analysis, mathematical modelling, experimental study, a large-scale simulation were used. Findings . The work examined the interference affecting the normal performance of track circuits. To a large extent, part of track circuit damages account for failures in track circuit equipment. Track circuit equipment is connected directly to the track line susceptible to traction current interference, which causes changes in its electrical characteristics and electromagnetic properties. Normal operability, performance of the main operating modes of the track circuit is determined by previous calculation of its performance and compilation of regulatory tables. The classical method for determination of track circuit parameters was analysed. The classical calculation method assumes representation of individual sections of the electrical track circuit using the quadripole network with known coefficients, usually in the A-form. Determining the coefficients of linear element circuit creates no metrological or mathematical difficulties. However, in circuits containing nonlinear ferromagnets (FM), obtaining the coefficients on the entire induction change range in the cores is quite a difficult task because the classical methods of idling (I) and short circuit (SC) are not acceptable. This leads to complicated methods for determining both the module and the arguments of quadripole network coefficients. Instead of the classical method, the work proposed the method for calculating the track circuit dependent on nonlinear properties of ferromagnets. Originality . The article examines a new approach to the calculation of TC taking into account the losses in ferromagnets (FM), without determination of equivalent circuit quadripole network coefficients. When building the FM reversal model in parallel magnetic fields, the most accurate methods are the approximation ones that take into account not only the changes in values and over time, but also their derivatives. The development of computer hardware and software makes real the mathematical methods for calculating TC with significant change in ferromagnetic inductance, including the saturation areas. Herewith, it is important to search for approximating analytical expression that describes the dynamic limit hysteresis loop (HL). Practical value . The changes in the electrical parameters of the same TC were analysed using the classical and the new calculation methods, the difference made less than 10%. The work introduced some measures to increase operational noise immunity of TC.

Abstract: Purpose. Recently on the Ukrainian railways network more attention is paid to the cases of violations in the maintenance of crossovers, which may lead to deterioration of the train traffic safety conditions. As a rule, such violations occur as a result of inaccuracies during crossover pegging and laying, as well as are the consequence of impact of rolling stock and thermal forces. The appearance of geometrical irregularities can also be triggered by violation of the scheme of layout of concrete sleepers in the crossover turnout curve with intertrack spaces of less than 5.3 m. Therefore, we have decided to analyze the impact of the presence of deviations from the layout scheme of the sleepers and geometric irregularities on the conditions of track and rolling stock interaction based on the results of experimental investigations. It was also decided to establish a connection between the stress-strain states of the track and the presence of short sleepers. Methodology. The effect of deviations from the layout scheme of the sleepers and geometric irregularities on the interaction conditions of track and rolling stock was studied by means of theoretical calculations and experimental research. The experimental research covered the area on the non-public railway tracks that meets the required conditions for scientific and research work on the territory of «Transinvestservice» company. Findings. The distribution of stresses and forces acting on a railway track depending on speed movement of experienced rolling stock was obtained. In addition we obtained the data on the influence of the sleeper geometric parameters on its stress-strain state. Originality. For the first time the paper assessed the impact of rolling stock in the presence of geometrical irregularities and asymmetrically truncated sleepers within the crossover connection part on the stress-strain state of track in this zone. In addition, we compared the results for the area with common and shortened sleepers. Practical value. The obtained experimental data allowed determining that the stress-strain state of the track structure in the crossover turnout curve at rolling stock speeds of up to 40 km/h fulfills the conditions of strength and stability. These results can be used to test mathematical models and theoretical studies on the development of standards for the maintenance of crossovers. The level of the obtained vertical, lateral forces and stresses practically does not depend on the presence of the truncated part of the sleepers, which are stacked in crossovers.
