Abstract: Мета. В роботі проводиться висвітлення результатів та особливостей проведеного комп’ютерного дослідження міцності контейнера-цистерни удосконаленої (шляхом впровадження до несучої системи труб круглого перерізу) конструкції в умовах експлуатації. Методика. Для досягнення зазначеної мети досліджено умови експлуатації контейнера-цистерни типової конструкції. У процесі дослідження міцності контейнера-цистерни в умовах експлуатації побудовано його просторову геометричну модель. Визначені максимальні еквівалентні напруження, які виникають в його несучій конструкції при дії найбільш несприятливих експлуатаційних режимів навантажень. Розрахунки проведено з використанням методу скінчених елементів. Встановлено, що запас міцності типової конструкції контейнера-цистерни складає близько 2. Для зменшення матеріалоємності контейнера-цистерни пропонується провести удосконалення його несучої системи шляхом заміни труб квадратного перерізу, які використовуються у типовій конструкції, на круглі труби (при забезпеченні умов міцності та експлуатаційної надійності). Результати. Розроблено удосконалену несучу конструкцію контейнера-цистерни для перевезення нафтопродуктів. Для отримання оптимальної конструкції його каркасу проведені оптимізаційні дослідження за критерієм мінімальної матеріалоємності. Наукова новизна . Запропоновано модель міцності контейнера-цистерни, котра надає можливість визначення еквівалентних напружень у його несучій конструкції при співударянні, як найбільш несприятливому випадку навантаження. Розроблено удосконалену конструкцію контейнера-цистерни з використанням оптимізаційного моделювання. Ця конструкція контейнера-цистерни розрахована на всі види навантажень, які зазначені у нормативних документах. Практична значимість. Результати розрахунку на міцність показали, що напруження в удосконаленій несучій конструкції контейнера-цистерни при основних режимах експлуатаційних навантажень не перевищують допустимі. Техніко-економічне обґрунтування впровадження запропонованих технічних рішень несучої конструкції контейнера-цистерни показало, що можливо досягти суттєвого економічного ефекту вже при їх виробництві. Отримані результати досліджень доводять, що впровадження круглих труб в несучі конструкції вантажних вагонів, а також інших засобів транспортного машинобудування є перспективним напрямком наукових досліджень.

Abstract: Purpose . In order to study the dynamic phenomena arising when rolling stock moves along a rail track both in the straight and curved track sections, the article is aimed to construct a mathematical model of DPKr-2 diesel train car. It will be constructed on the basis of mechanical model of this car of Kryukiv Railway Car Building Works. Methodology . To construct a mathematical model a system of 38 differential equations of the diesel train movement is formed. When it is used a pneumatic spring in the core stage of spring suspension, its equivalent mechanical mo-del is presented as Kelvin-Voigt knot. It includes a parallel elastic element and an element of viscous friction. Rail track flexibility is taken into account by elastic and dissipative elements. During simulation it was assumed that the wheel pair and the track weight interacting with it were moving intact. Geometric inequalities of the left and right rails were accepted as disturbances when studying the forced vertical and horizontal oscillations. Findings . On the basis of the adopted mechanical model of the diesel train car we constructed the mathematical model consisting of 38 differential equations of motion . Originality . For the first time, for the DPKr-2 diesel train car we developed its spatial mathematical model taking into account the features of the interaction of individual elements of its construction and the possibilities of the rail track depression. When constructing the mathematical model, it was proposed to take into account the flexibility of the rail track by elastic and dissipative elements. Originality . The mathematical model of the diesel train car will be used for studying the dynamic phenomena and determining the dynamic loads of structural elements during operation. The study of these phenomena is necessary for optimal choice of the scheme and parameters of rolling stock equipment, in particular antivibration devices (spring suspension, horizontal, longitudinal and transverse joints of wheel pairs with the bogie frame, bogie with the body), as well as for reduction of dynamic forces acting on the elements of rolling stock construction and rail track.

Abstract: Purpose. Profit and profitability of any, including transport enterprises are the main economic indicators of the enterprise effectiveness. These indicators reflect the results and successful performance of the enterprise. On the other hand the enterprise effectiveness in the long term, assurance of rapid development and competitiveness is largely determined by the level of investment activity and the range of investment activity. The purpose of this study is the feasibility of the method to determine optimal investments volume for improving these or others (selectable by the management) principal economic indicators of the enterprise effectiveness. Methodology. The basis of the proposed methodology for determining the optimal investments volume is the theory of optimal control, in particular, the procedure of dynamic programming since a managed development process of the enterprise is a multiple stage. This procedure, using a phased plan, allows not only simplifying the solution of optimization problems, but also solving those, which are impossible to apply the methods of mathematical analysis. Findings. The expediency of performing the calculations to determine the optimal investments volume to ensure high rates of enterprise development was proved, it is a key to the effectiveness of the enterprise in the long term and it improves its competitiveness. Originality. It is shown that using methods of the optimum control theory one can calculate the minimum volume of capital investments for the improvement of economic indicators, which determine the enterprise effectiveness. The proposed method of calculation does not depend on the specific content of economic indicators. The effectiveness of this calculation method is demonstrated on a model example. Practical value. The proposed method of calculating the minimum volume of capital investments to improve the economic effectiveness of enterprises is quite simple, but at the same time enables, on the one hand, to determine priority directions of investment activity of the enterprise. On the other hand it improves the manageability and transparency of business enterprises, increases the head's confidence in the correctness of decisions.

Abstract: The paper highlights the results of the complex analysis of the retaining pile structure with determining the stability coefficient by numerical methods. To achieve this purpose, after designing a structure with jet grouting piles, the research of the stability coefficients of the landslide hazard slopes in the software complex “OTKOS” and its stress state in the software complex LIRA-CAD system was conducted. The relevance of the completed research is to develop rational parameters of the pile structure. A comparison of determining the stability coefficient of a slope by different methods for the existing landslide stretch for the public roadways of local significance C141017 (Lviv-Shehyni) – Sudova Vyshnia was carried out. Originality of the paper lies in the fact that to determine the stability coefficient in the model, the layeredness of the slope under study is taken into account, and the nonlinear volumetric problem is solved in the course of the numerical analysis of the stress state. The rational distance between piles in the gap and the length of the pile under a certain percentage of cement and ground was justified.
