07 Mar 2007TL;DR: In this paper, an electric motor with a rotor (124), a stator (125) having at least one strand (126), an output stage (122) with power supplied direct current intermediate circuit (170) with a to determine, in dependence on the detected value of commutation intermediate circuit capacitor (178), and a control unit (132) having an array (152) for detecting a regenerative feedback to the DC link capacitor(178) characterizing value, said control unit is adapted and performs the given commutation in the output stage(122) commutation.
Abstract: Electric motor with a rotor (124), a stator (125) having at least one strand (126), an output stage (122) to influence the current supply to this strand, an output stage (122) with power supplied direct current intermediate circuit (170) with a to determine, in dependence on the detected value of commutation intermediate circuit capacitor (178), and a control unit (132) having an array (152) for detecting a regenerative feedback to the DC link capacitor (178) characterizing value, said control unit (132) is adapted and perform the given commutation in the output stage (122) commutation.

16 Oct 2003TL;DR: In this paper, the authors describe a fan which comprises a hub (44) and a housing (22) connected by a fan wheel and an electric connection from the motor to the fan housing.
Abstract: The invention relates to a fan which comprises a hub (44) and a housing (22) connected thereto The housing of the fan limits an air passage opening (41) towards the exterior and comprises a radial extension (64) at least at one peripherial point A fan wheel (38) is rotationally mounted in said air passage opening (41) A motor (36) for actuating said fan wheel is arranged on said hub (44) An electric connection extends from the motor (36) to the fan housing (22) and comprises at least one electrical wire (52) A cavity (66) is arranged in the extension (64) of the fan housing (22) and is tangentially extended to the profile of the fan housing (22) The electrical wire (52) leads to said cavity A supporting element (80) is inserted into the cavity (66) and engaged therein In the engaged position said element diverts the electrical wire (52) to at least one point (106, 108) at a predefined minimum angle and reduces the tension of the electrical wire (52) on the side thereof leading to the motor (36) Said supporting element is easily and low costly mountable in such a way that there is no need for passing the electrical wire through the narrow holes

12 Feb 2009TL;DR: The Fan Wheel as discussed by the authors is a non-rotationally symmetric geometry having a continuous and point-invariable profile with respect to the axis of rotation along the axial or axially parallel direction.
Abstract: The fan wheel (1) has a shroud (2) with an inlet port (4), a baseplate (6) and several fan blades (8) that are arranged over the circumference of the inlet port and around an axis of rotation (Z). The shroud and baseplate comprise a non-rotationally symmetrical geometry having a continuous and point-invariable profile with respect to the axis of rotation, along the axial or axially parallel direction.

24 Feb 2004TL;DR: Rotor (36') is made of a large number of laminae stacked together on a central shaft, each lamina has four slots accommodating permanent magnets arranged to form a square in end view.
Abstract: Rotor (36') is made of a large number of laminae stacked together on a central shaft. Each lamina has four slots accommodating permanent magnets (266A-D) arranged to form a square in end view. The outer edges of the magnets are chamfered (264A'-D''). There are empty spaces (266A'-D'') at the edges of the permanent magnets. The parts of the laminae forming the pole shoes (260A-D) lie outside the magnets.
