Abstract: The invention relates to a flow rectifier for a flow inlet opening (7) of a fan assembly, comprising a grate structure (11) consisting of grate webs that cross each other, which grate webs bound a large number of grate openings (17) for sucking air in, wherein a preferably circular outlet opening bounded by an outlet-opening edge is provided for the outflow of air from the flow rectifier (8). According to the invention, the grate openings (17) bounded by the grate structure (11) are arranged around a closed central section (10) in a circumferential direction and radially outside of said central section, which central section is axially spaced apart from the outlet opening (15).

Abstract: Die Erfindung betrifft eine Statorvorrichtung fur einen Elektromotor mit (20) einer Mehrzahl von auf einem Wicklungstrager vorgesehenen, zum elektromotorischen Zusammenwirken mit einem relativ zum Wicklungstrager um eine Mittelachse (26) drehbar gelagerten Rotor ausgebildeten, sich zueinander und zu der Mittelachse parallel erstreckenden und bevorzugt entlang einem kreisbogenformigen Verlauf angeordneten Wicklungen (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12) die mit Wicklungsanschlussen, insbesondere freien Drahtenden eines Wicklungsdrahts, bevorzugt einzeln elektrisch kontaktierbar ausgebildet sind. Erfindungsgemas ist vorgesehen, dass den Wicklungen mindestens zwei scheiben- und/oder ringformige, elektrisch leitend ausgebildete Anschlussbaugruppen (26i; 36i) so zugeordnet sind, dass diese, voneinander elektrisch isoliert, entlang einer axialen Richtung der Mittelachse an oder auf dem Wicklungstrager so vorgesehen sind, dass jeweilige der Wicklungsanschlusse der Mehrzahl der Wicklungen mit derselben elektrischen Anschlusspolaritat (U; V; W) mit einer der Anschlusspolaritat zur externen gemeinsamen Kontaktierung zugeordneten der Anschlussbaugruppen kontaktbildend, bevorzugt radial innenseitig und/oder unlosbar, verbunden werden konnen.

Abstract: An analytical calculation model of line-start synchronous reluctance machines with flux barriers filled with conductive material considering the skin effect is presented. The rotor bars are divided into multiple layers, where the current density is assumed to be evenly distributed. The subdivision is done with respect to the skin depth in the used material at the given frequency. The stator and rotor voltage equations are adapted to the new approach. The results of the analytical model at stall and synchronized state are compared to a transient linear two-dimensional Finite Element Analysis. As proven by the good agreement of the stator currents and rotor winding losses with FEM, the proposed method to consider the skin effect is accurate.

Abstract: A ventilator, particularly a fan of a device (20), comprising at least one component (22, 25, 40), wherein during operation of the ventilator sound and oscillating emissions can be generated due to excitation of the natural frequency thereof. The ventilator comprises at least one mechanical resonator (50, 52, 55) that is associated with the at least one component (22, 25, 40) and dampens the natural frequency thereof in order to reduce the generation of sound and oscillating emissions.

Abstract: The invention relates to a circuit arrangement and to a method for sensorless commutation of electronically commutated synchronous motors, such as for example EC motors, wherein the terminal sizes at the connection terminals of the synchronous motor are processed by means of a rotor position estimator on the basis of the EMF of the synchronous motor and of a known motor model preferably in a PLL structure for sensorless determination of rotor position information and said information is used for commutation.
