Two measuring bodies are arranged in the assigned balancing positions in the path. A light-setting viscous fixing material is sectionally provided in the path and fixes the measuring bodies in the assigned balancing positions. The curable viscous fixing material is an adhesive and particularly a light-setting cyanoacrylate- or acrylate adhesive. An independent claim is also included for a method for balancing a rotational body.
