TL;DR: A motor with an external rotor (28) fits in a fan casing (22). Fan blades (30) on the external rotor convey air through the fan casing and an electric heat register (44) uses a detachable connection (38,42) like a locking connecting to make a releasable connection with the fan case.

02 Jul 2009TL;DR: In this article, the electronic commutating electric motor has a network rectifier for rectifying a network changeover voltage to an intermediate circuit-direct current voltage (U-Z) and an integrated buck converter is provided for reducing the intermediate circuit direct current voltage.
Abstract: The electronic commutating electric motor (1) has a network rectifier (2) for rectifying a network changeover voltage (U-N) to an intermediate circuit-direct current voltage (U-Z), and has a commutating electronics (4) for controlling three-standed motor coil. An integrated buck converter (10) is provided for reducing the intermediate circuit-direct current voltage that is supplied over the network rectifier.

31 Aug 2006TL;DR: In this paper, a plastic bearing part is connected to a shaft by injection molding of two components to a plastic material, such that a part of a transitional area between the bearing part and the rotor permanent magnet is formed by an integral joint.
Abstract: The method involves connecting a plastic bearing part (64) to a shaft by injection molding of two components to a plastic material. Hard ferromagnetic particles (74) of a rotor permanent magnet are arranged to the plastic material such that a part of a transitional area between the bearing part and the rotor permanent magnet is formed by an integral joint. The rotor thus formed is embedded in a mini fan. An independent claim is also included for a mini fan, comprising fan blades.

27 Sep 2007TL;DR: In this paper, a DC intermediate circuit (170) with a capacitor (178) supplies current to the output stage of a stator and a commutation process is executed for a predetermined commutation time point.
Abstract: The method involves providing an output stage (122) for influencing the current feed of a cable in a stator. A DC intermediate circuit (170) with a capacitor (178) supplies current to the output stage. A commutation process is executed for a predetermined commutation time point in the output stage. The commutation time point is determined based on the energetic recovery system in the capacitor. An independent claim is also included for an electro motor comprising a rotor.
