TL;DR: In this paper, an external rotor motor with a stator and a relative to the stator housing rotatable rotor housing is described, where the first and second cooling fins are provided in the rotating operation of the rotor housing, extending in an axial plan view of the first cooling ribs radially outwardly and the second cooling fin V-shaped design.
Abstract: The invention relates to an electric motor, in particular an external rotor motor, with a stator and a relative to the stator housing rotatable rotor housing, which has on its side facing the stator housing axial side facing a cooling ring, wherein said facing to the stator housing and to the cooling ring each have a plurality of axial, circumferentially arranged distributed and are each fluidically cooperating first and second cooling fins are provided in the rotating operation of the rotor housing, extending in an axial plan view of the first cooling ribs radially outwardly and the second cooling fins V-shaped design and have in the circumferential direction, a rotating relative movement of the first and second fin generates a cooling air flow at least between the stator and the rotor housing.

TL;DR: In this paper, Fan blades (480) are provided with impeller (430) formed from a thermoplastic material wh9ich is connected to free end of return portion.
Abstract: The fan (100) has an inner stator and an outer rotor (400). A bottom portion of a return portion (420) is with connected to wall section. A connecting element (410) made of thermosetting material is connected to annular collar and is connected to mounting portion of rotor shaft. A rotor magnet is arranged at inner periphery of wall portion, and is separated by a magnetic air gap from stator and co-operating in operation with stator. Fan blades (480) are provided with impeller (430) formed from a thermoplastic material wh9ich is connected to free end of return portion.

TL;DR: In this paper, a method for producing a mini fan comprising a fan wheel provided with fan blades (80) and an electric drive motor (61) for driving said fan wheel, which comprises an internal stator and an external rotor (62).
Abstract: The invention relates to a method for producing a mini fan comprising a fan wheel provided with fan blades (80) and an electric drive motor (61) for driving said fan wheel (64), which comprises an internal stator (90) and an external rotor (62). Said external rotor comprises a bearing part (64) which is made of a plastic material, connected to a shaft (60) and is formed in one piece with the fan blades (80). The external rotor (62) also comprises at least one permanent magnet (72; 72') consisting of hard ferromagnetic particles (74). The plastic bearing part (64) is connected to the shaft (60) by plastic material injection moulding and, by injection moulding of two components, to a plastic material in which said hard ferromagnetic particles (74) of the rotor permanent magnet (72; 72') are arranged in such a way that at least one part of a transitional area (76) between the bearing part (64) and the rotor permanent magnet (72; 72') is formed by an integral joint. The thus formed rotor is embedded in the mini fan.

TL;DR: In this article, a method for controlling a brushless, electronically commutated electric motor, a main AC voltage being rectified into an intermediate circuit direct voltage and this direct voltage being fed by the intermediate circuit containing an intermediate-circuit capacitor to an inverter which is controlled by a motor control means for feeding and commutating the electric motor whereby the direct voltage is monitored in respect of its voltage level and is compared with a predetermined limiting value.
Abstract: The invention refers to a method for controlling a brushless, electronically commutated electric motor, a main AC voltage being rectified into an intermediate circuit direct voltage and this direct voltage being fed by an intermediate circuit containing an intermediate circuit capacitor to an inverter which is controlled by a motor control means for feeding and commutating the electric motor whereby the intermediate circuit direct voltage is monitored in respect of its voltage level and is compared with a predetermined limiting value and, on reaching or exceeding the limiting value, the intermediate circuit direct voltage is limited to the predetermined limiting value by clocked disconnection and reconnection.
