Abstract: Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Zwischenkreisschaltung (1) fur einen EC-Motor (6), umfassend mindestens zwei in Reihe geschaltete gleichartige Kondensatoren (1Oa, 1Ob) zum Anschluss einer Kommutierungselektronik (5) eines EC-Motors (6) zum Nennbetrieb bei einer Nennspannung (UzK)· Zu jedem in Reihe geschalteten Kondensator (1Oa 1Ob) ist jeweils ein Varistor (12a, 12b) parallel geschaltet, wobei alle Varistoren (12a, 12b) gleichartig ausgebildet sind. The present invention relates to a DC circuit (1) for a brushless DC motor (6) comprising at least two series like capacitors (1oa, 1Ob) for connecting a commutation (5) of the EC motor (6) for nominal operating at a nominal voltage (UZK) · For each series-connected capacitor (1oa 1Ob) in each case, a varistor (12a, 12b) connected in parallel, wherein all varistors (12a, 12b) are of identical design. Die Kondensatoren (10a, 10b) und die Varistoren (12a, 12b) sind derart dimensioniert, dass die Schwellenspannung der Varistoren (12a, 12b) unterhalb der Durchschlagspannung des jeweils parallel geschalteten Kondensators (1Oa 1Ob) liegt, und bei Ausfall eines Kondensators (10a, 10b) oder eines Varistors (12a, 12b) die Summe der Schwellenspannungen der ubrigen Varistoren (12a, 12b) beziehungsweise zu den ubrigen Kondensatoren (1Oa 1Ob) parallelgeschalteter Varistoren (12a, 12b) kleiner/gleich der Nennspannung (UzK) der Zwischenkreisschaltung (1) ist, und die Summe der Schwellenspannungen der in Reihe geschalteten Varistoren (12a, 12b) groser ist als die Nennspannung (UzK) der Zwischenkreisschaltung (1). The capacitors (10a, 10b) and the varistors (12a, 12b) are dimensioned such that the threshold voltage of the varistors (12a, 12b) below the breakdown voltage of each parallel capacitor (1oa 1Ob), and the failure of a capacitor (10a , 10b) or of a varistor (12a, 12b) the sum of the threshold voltages of the other varistors (12a, 12b) and to the remaining capacitors (1oa 1Ob) of parallel connected varistors (12a, 12b) less than / equal to the nominal voltage (UZK) of the intermediate circuit circuit ( 1), and the sum of the threshold voltages of the series-connected varistors (12a, 12b) is greater than the nominal voltage (UZK) of the intermediate loop circuit (1).

Cooling air, after it emerges from the electric motor (73), is drawn through at least one opening (90) formed in the fan wheel (80) to the outer side of the fan wheel (80), in order, during operation, to maintain a constant cooling air stream (158) in a consistent flow direction through the internal stator (64) of the electric motor (73), regardless of possible backpressure.

Abstract: In this method, a refrigerant ( 52 ) is compressed ( 32 ) in a refrigerating circuit, then condensed by cooling in a condenser ( 44 ), then expanded in a throttle valve ( 62 ) and delivered in the expanded state, in the form of wet vapor ( 52 ), to an evaporator ( 60 ) that is in thermally conductive contact with a substrate ( 12 ) to be cooled. The cooling process thus operates similarly to a liquid cooling process, but with a higher mean logarithmic heat transfer temperature difference, which allows lower temperatures of the substrate ( 12 ) to be achieved and makes possible a better heat transition coefficient, since the refrigerant is present as wet vapor. A corresponding arrangement is likewise described.
