TL;DR: In this paper, the authors discuss some functional conditions criterion of sign language translators-interpreters (TILS) that act in the process of deaf student education enrolled in brazilian schools at the regular education system.
Abstract: This article discusses some functional conditions criterion of Sign Language Translators- Interpreters (TILS), that act in the process of deaf student education enrolled in brazilian schools at the regular education system. We undertake discussions on aspects such as functional linking and wages, trying to see how these subjects feel themselves in their places, and how they are affected by it in their daily lives. Grounded on the enunciation-discourse theory of Mikhail Bakhtin, this study utilized employed face-to-face interviews as a main base on data construction, and in addition, one profile with training data, bonding and professional experience. Also taking notes of contextual elements, were relevant to the subjects’ understanding and their speeches. Altogether 27 TILS participated from thirteen municipalities among eight Brazilian states. As results, it was outstanding that TILs are not just about nomenclatures and functional linking. Such developments, may affect the performance expectations and linked social representations. The data also demonstrate a diverse social movement to meet the existing education and inclusion public policies, depending on each specific situation, may compromise, greatly, how these TILS are seen and their integration-participation in the institutional as a whole.

TL;DR: The osmoconditioning of Araca-boi seed in KNO3 solution was shown to be efficient both to promote germination and the germination rate and the osmopriming period showed no influence on seed germination.
Abstract: The Araca-boi is a native fruit of the Amazon region and its fruits have great potential for agro-industrial use due to the intrinsic characteristics of the pulp. The seeds are dormant and the primary cause could be due to the presence of inhibiting chemicals germination and can also be caused by the impermeability in tegument. The objective of this study was to assess the osmopriming efficiency promoted by Sucrose (C12H22O11) and Potassium Nitrate (KNO3 ) on germination of seeds of araca-boi in different immersion times. Thus, the seeds were osmoconditioned in following solutions: C12H22O11, KNO3 , KNO3 + C12H22O11 and H2 O, by period of 6, 12 and 24 h. Throughout of 70 days were evaluated the germination percentage and germination rate (index). The experiment is based on a completely randomized in a factorial analysis 4x3 with four replications of 10 seeds. The osmopriming of Araca-boi seed in KNO3 solution was shown to be efficient both to promote germination and the germination rate. The Araca-boi seeds osmoconditioned in KNO3 solution has an average efficiency of 99% in the germination percentage up to 70 days. The osmopriming period showed no influence on seed germination of the seeds of Araca-boi.

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors present a historical background of the factors that have contributed to creation of a migratory route for Brazilians in search of work in the small-scale gold mining located in Suriname.
This article presents a historical background of the factors that have contributed to creation of a migratory route for Brazilians in search of work in the small-scale gold mining located in Suriname. It also details the current scenario of this mostly illegal activity that takes place in the South American country.

TL;DR: The proposed models based on the leaf dimensions, length and width in centimeters, and chlorophyll meter readings were developed for feijoa were shown to be a reliable non-destructive way of estimating A. sellowiana leaf area and leaf pigment.
Abstract: Leaf area (cm2 per leaf) and leaf pigment content are important traits that can be used to better understand a plants physiology. In this study, empirical non-destructive models for leaf area and leaf pigment based on the leaf dimensions, length (L) and width (W) in centimeters, and chlorophyll meter readings were developed for feijoa (Acca sellowiana). The experiment was carried out during January 2016 using five-year-old trees of 60 genotypes, grown under field conditions in the state of Parana, Brazil. The proposed leaf area (LA) model was LA = 0.0022 L3 + 0.1482 W2 + 0.6159 LW + 0.1076 (R2 = 0.99). Three current leaf area models found in the literature were also assessed. All of the already created models were less accurate than the model proposed in this article. The proposed leaf pigment models were based on the Falker Chlorophyll Index for Chlorophyll a (A) and b (B), these were Chla = 2.564 A + 13.098 B - 42.605 (R2 = 0.94), Chlb = 1.538 A + 3.287 B + 8.847 (R2 = 0.86) and Carotenoids = 0.947 B + 8.943 (R2 = 0.88) expressed as µmol m-2 of leaf blade. In conclusion, the proposed models in this study were shown to be a reliable non-destructivel way of estimating A. sellowiana leaf area and leaf pigment.

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors present a paper on Qualidade de Vida no Trabalho (QVT), realizando uma avaliacao sobre a tematica entre os docentes of duas instituicoes de ensino superior, sendo uma publica e outra privada, as well as um estudo empirico and preliminar no Estado do Amazonas.
Abstract: As transformacoes constantes ocorridas no mundo do trabalho estao afetando significativamente a sociedade, inclusive a categoria profissional de professores, sejam de instituicoes publicas quanto privadas.
