TL;DR: The association between larvae and adults was established by sequencing a fragment of one ribosomal gene (28S), two fragments of a nuclear protein-coding gene (CAD1 and CAD4), and one mitochondrial protein-Coding gene(COI) and the close molecular proximity with Imparipecten pictipes is shown through analyses of genetic distances and Bayesian phylogenetics.
Abstract: Imparipecten , a previously monotypic genus, was considered endemic to Australia. Here, we report Imparipecten from the Neotropical region for the first time and describe Imparipecten sychnacanthus sp. n. from Brazil. The association between larvae and adults was established by sequencing a fragment of one ribosomal gene ( 28S ), two fragments of a nuclear protein-coding gene ( CAD1 and CAD4 ), and one mitochondrial protein-coding gene ( COI ). We also show the close molecular proximity with Imparipecten pictipes through analyses of genetic distances and Bayesian phylogenetics.

TL;DR: In this article, an architecture for distribution of virtual environments in Augmented Reality as a tool to support projects in education is presented, which enables user interaction with the virtual environment through menus for interaction and also by means of labels.
Abstract: This work presents an architecture for distribution of virtual environments in Augmented Reality as a tool to support projects in education. Thus, for the creation of the software prototype, the interface of Augmented Reality is based on a study case that represents a specific area of knowledge, in this case the plant physiology. Thus was created an interface of Augmented Reality that enables user interaction with the virtual environment through menus for interaction and also by means of labels. This interface is integrated with a layer of distribution. Thus, the layer of distribution was implemented following the methodology client / server-based objects. With the implementation, the interactions made in an environment are replicated for other environments and vice versa, thereby generating a strong system applicable to education as it can provide multiple views of virtual objects on the real objects.

Abstract: This work is treated of an empiric research accomplished with teachers of the Basic Education, that had as objective to identify the courses of profesional development accomplished by those professionals, as well as their formative needs and his/her influence in the formation of the identity and of the educational profesionality. It is an exploratory qualitative study, which is based on critical hermeneutics of Dilthey, Gadamer, Habermas and Ricoeur, as an epistemological foundation of analysis and discussion of the data. Was used as data collection instrument an online questionnaire with fifteen questions (twelve open and three closed) dealing on aspects of identity, professionalism, professional development and training needs. The link of the questionnaire was sent to a list of e- mails from early childhood education and elementary school teachers, two municipalities to be answered in Google Forms. The choice of the sample was performed from a personal contact list of the principal investigator , taking into account those who act as teachers in basic education . For purposes of analysis and discussion of the survey results, the most significant contributions were used, considering the viability of qualitative responses.

TL;DR: Cy. dasilvae sp. nov as mentioned in this paper is a new species of Cyberlindnera and produces asci with two or four hat-shaped ascospores.
Abstract: Six yeast isolates were obtained from rotting wood samples in Brazil and frass of a cerambycid beetle larva in French Guiana. Sequence analysis of the ITS-5.8S region and the D1/D2 domains of the large subunit rRNA gene showed that the isolates represent a novel species of Cyberlindnera. This novel species is related to Cyberlindnera japonica, Cyberlindnera xylosilytica, Candida easanensis and Candida maesa. It is heterothallic and produces asci with two or four hat-shaped ascospores. The name Cyberlindnera dasilvae sp. nov. is proposed to accommodate the novel species. The holotype of Cy. dasilvae is CBS 16129T and the designated paratype is CBS 16584. The MycoBank number is 838252. All isolates of Cy. dasilvae were able to convert xylose into xylitol with maximum xylitol production within 60 and 72 h. The isolates produced xylitol with values ranging from 12.61 to 31.79 g l-1 in yeast extract-peptone-xylose medium with 5% xylose. When the isolates were tested in sugarcane bagasse hydrolysate containing around 35-38 g l-1d-xylose, isolate UFMG-CM-Y519 showed maximum xylitol production.
