TL;DR: In this article, a geochemical analysis was conducted in the lab for the content of acidolysis hydrocarbon in soil samples, and stepwise regressive analysis techniques were used to study the relationship between original and first-order derivative reflectance data and TAH content.
Abstract: Corresponding to the Hyperion hyperspectral remote sensing image obtained in the Three Lakes region in the eastern part of Qaidam basin in which gas reservoirs located, 25 samples of soil were collected throughout the area covered by the image and the spectra of all samples were measured. A geochemical analysis was conducted in the lab for the content of acidolysis hydrocarbon in soil samples. Univariate correlative analysis was carried through between spectral variables in two types and total acidolysis hydrocarbon (TAH) content, and the linear and non-linear correlations between 7 characteristic parameters with higher correlation coefficient and TAH content were investigated using 6 univariate regressive models. Further, stepwise regressive analysis techniques were used to study the relationship between original and first-order derivative reflectance data and TAH content, the results show that estimation accuracy was significantly improved with first-order derivative spectra but with larger relative error, the regressive equation of reflectance spectra is the best estimating model for TAH content. Finally, the derived optimal estimation equation was applied to the Hyperion hyperspectral image for a distribution map of surface TAH content which was tested using measuring values.

TL;DR: A method based on object feature extraction based on multi-level classification according to object’s principal feature at last is presented, which has been applied to data points obtained by mobile laser scanning system and results show that the proposed classification method is promising.
Abstract: Mobile laser scanning has many advantages compared to traditional survey technology. These characteristics make it possible to rapidly acquire large-area high-precision 3D spatial data for reconstruction of 3D model. In this paper, we focus on the classification and recognition of mobile laser scanning data. We present a method based on object feature extraction. The main workflow of this method is made up by extraction of geometric feature from scanning data, foundation of objects feature knowledge database, extraction of main feature by PCA (Principal Component Analysis) to match geometric features,multi-level classification according to object’s principal feature at last. This method has been applied to data points obtained by mobile laser scanning system; the experiment results show that the proposed classification method is promising.

TL;DR: In this article, the capability of up-to-date Advanced Land Observing Satellite-2 (ALOS-2) Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) data in monitoring the movement of the landslide which located in south China, which can capture the fast and slow movement with different spatial and temporal baseline combination.
Abstract: Landslide is a hazard that threaten the people who lives in the mountain area, it comes active especially rainy seasons and causes a large number of casualties every year. The movement of the slope is an indicator of activity of the landslide, it is helpful to capture the precursor of the activity, the monitoring of the movement of the slope is very important. However it is a difficult problem due to complex topography, cloudy and rainy weather for optical sensors, In this paper we will show the capability of up-to-date Advanced Land Observing Satellite-2 (ALOS-2) Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) data in monitoring the movement of the landslide which located in south China, which can capture the fast and slow movement with different spatial and temporal baseline combination, the results shows that the L-band SAR data has its advantage in monitoring the movement of the landslides especially in the low latitude, cloudy and rainy area.

TL;DR: In this article, a pilotless airborne aeromagnetic instrument is designed to locate sampling data quickly with high efficiency and high precision, and the attitude angle of the aircraft is measured by the attitude control system, and can be compensated on real-time.
Abstract: The pilotless airborne aeromagnetic instrument designed in this paper is able to locate sampling data quickly with high-efficiency and high-precision. The pilotless airborne aeromagnetic instrument can work at a large scale, and can reflect the geological effects of the ground with high resolution, and also can eliminate the effects from distractions on the ground surface and rugged area at the same time. Three-component of geomagnetic field in the pilotless aircraft magnetic heading measure system is measured by various sensors in the pilotless aircraft. The attitude angle of the aircraft is measured by the attitude control system, and can be compensated on the real-time.

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors analyzed the sensitivity of mainly 8 model parameters, namely, altitude, ground elevation, view zenith angle, visibility value, frequency resolution and view azimuth angle.
Abstract: When using FLAASH model to process a large number of image data automatically, it is hard to determine model parameters’ values exactly. To solve this problem, this paper analyze the sensitivity of mainly 8 model parameters. The simulated GF2 satellite multispectral dataset based on four type land cover was used as input data. These parameters are assumed to be independent and irrelevant, therefore sensitivity analysis is performed using the local analysis method. Variation coefficient was introduced into this paper to quantitatively analyze the effect of these parameters on FLAASH model. Atmosphere model, ground elevation, view zenith angle, and visibility value have dramatic effect on FLAASH model’s accuracy, the aerosol model and water column multiplier have little effect on the model. In addition, frequency resolution and view azimuth angle have no effect on the model in all four bands and four land types.
