TL;DR: It is concluded that the combined electron-donating nature of R1- and R2-substitutions of the quinazoline ring and the electron-withdrawing nature of the X- Substitution of the anilino-ring are beneficial for increasing the inhibition activity of a compound.
Abstract: Hansch and Free-Wilson analyses are described on a data set, 4-anilinoquinazolines [the analogues of 4-(3-bromo-anilino)-6,7-dimethoxy quinazoline: PD 153035], as inhibitors of the epidermal growth factor receptor protein tyrosine kinase. These analyses have helped to ascertain the role of different substituents in explaining the observed inhibitory activities. From both approaches, it is concluded that the combined electron-donating nature of R1-and R2-substitutions of the quinazoline ring and the electron-withdrawing nature of the X-substitution of the anilino-ring are beneficial for increasing the inhibition activity of a compound. Further, the symmetrical alkoxy substituents present at the R1 and R2-positions are also engaged in a steric interaction which was determined quantitatively through the parabolic relationship between the activity and combined molar refraction parameter, ΣMR of the substituents.

TL;DR: The main aim of this paper is to summarize importance of IoT which will monitor small scale industrial applications, which is used for transmission and reception of data.
Abstract: Internet of Things (IoT) is rapidly increasing technology because today's world is internet world. IoT is combination of communication system and embedded system which is used to connect hardware devices to the network or internet. IoT is used for transmission and reception of data. These systems are used to monitor industrial applications by implementing industry standard protocols using IoT. In this system small scale industrial applications like liquid level control, energy monitoring etc. can monitor wirelessly through wireless devices, mobiles and laptops. The main aim of this paper is to summarize importance of IoT which will monitor small scale industrial applications.

TL;DR: This project is aimed to convert an IC engine Go-kart into an Electric driven kart, the Frame of the IC engine kart requires a single mount as it needs only Engine and it is developed using SOLIDWORKS, whereas in Electric driven it is a combination of Battery, Motor and Controller and hence it requires a large number of mounts and cross members.
