Abstract: Ni foam supported-Co3O4 nanowire arrays are prepared by a template-free growth method, followed by a thermal treatment in air, and are characterized by scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, infrared spectroscopy, and thermogravimetric and differential thermal analysis. The Co3O4 nanowires have a diameter of about 250 nm, a length up to 15 μm, and a Brunauer-Emmett-Teller surface area of 78.4 m2 g−1. They grow almost vertically from the surface of Ni foam skeleton, pack densely, and uniformly cover the entire surface of Ni foam skeleton. Electroreduction of H2O2 on Co3O4 nanowire arrays in alkaline medium is investigated by cyclic voltammetry, chronoamperometry, and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. The Co3O4 nanowire electrode exhibits superior activity, stability, and mass transport property for H2O2 electroreduction. Abstract: This paper is concerned with the problems of receding horizon stabilization and disturbance attenuation for neural networks with time-varying delay. New delay-dependent conditions on the terminal weighting matrices of a new finite horizon cost functional for receding horizon stabilization are established for neural networks with time-varying or time-invariant delays using single- and double-integral Wirtinger-type inequalities. Based on the results, delay-dependent sufficient conditions for the receding horizon disturbance attenuation are given to guarantee the infinite horizon ${H_\infty }$ performance of neural networks with time-varying or time-invariant delays. Three numerical examples are provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.

Abstract: A special partially reduced graphene oxide nanosheet/polyaniline nanowafer (GNS/PANI) hybrid for supercapacitor electrode material was fabricated by an in situ polymerization method. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) results revealed that PANI nanowafers (50 nm) homogeneously grew onto the surfaces of GNSs as spacers to keep the neighboring sheets separate. The electrochemical performance was analyzed by cyclic voltammetry (CV), galvanostatic charge/discharge, and electrochemical impedance spectrometry (EIS). The composite exhibited a maximum specific capacitance of 329.5 F/g and excellent cycle life, indicating a positive synergistic effect of GNS and PANI for the improvement of electrochemical performance.
