TL;DR: In this article, the authors study the constraints from exclusive radiative B → V γ decays, where V denotes a light vector meson, and the current experimental data on the CP-averaged branching ratios and the direct CP and isospin asymmetries are analyzed.
Abstract: In the aligned two-Higgs-doublet model, the alignment of Yukawa matrices in flavour space guarantees the absence of tree-level flavour-changing neutral currents, while allowing at the same time for new sources of CP violation, implying potentially large effects in many low-energy processes. In this work we study the constraints from exclusive radiative B → V γ decays, where V denotes a light vector meson. The current experimental data on the CP-averaged branching ratios and the direct CP and isospin asymmetries are analyzed. It is found that, while the branching ratios and direct CP asymmetries do not constrain the parameter space much further compared to the inclusive B → X s,d γ decays, complementary constraints can be obtained from the isospin asymmetries Δ(K*γ) and Δ(ργ). In addition, correlations between the various observables in exclusive B → V γ and inclusive B → X s,d γ decays are investigated in detail, and predictions are made for several so far unmeasured observables.

TL;DR: In this article, the formation and structure-property correlation of unique three-dimensional (3D) carbon frameworks was systematically elucidated. But the authors did not provide an efficient platform for precisely modulating the structure of MOF-based carbons to develop multifunctional hollow architectures for satisfying enormous demands in upcoming energy devices.

TL;DR: In this paper, an efficient noble-metal-free catalyst for CO oxidation with a single cobalt atom incorporated with pyridinic nitrogen graphene (Co-N 3 -gra) is proposed.
Abstract: The low operating temperature, high efficiency and noble-metal-free are the goal of the ideal catalysts. In present study, an efficient noble-metal-free catalyst for CO oxidation with a single cobalt atom incorporated with pyridinic nitrogen graphene (Co-N 3 -gra) is proposed. The catalytic activity for CO oxidation via various mechanisms on the Co-N 3 -gra catalyst is investigated using the first-principles method. It is found that the CO oxidation occurs preferably following the Langmuir-Hinshelwood mechanism (CO + O 2 → OOCO → CO 2 + O) with an energy barrier of 0.86 eV for the rate-limiting step of OOCO formation. Our findings prove that the activity of noble-metal-free Co-N 3 -gra catalyst is comparable to or even higher than some other single noble-metal-graphene based catalysts.
