01 Oct 2018TL;DR: In this paper, the occurrence and the formation mechanisms of the main volatile flavor substances, and the impacts of processing factors are discussed in a review, which may provide references for further research on volatile flavor compounds, identification and evaluation of specific products and development of new products.
Abstract: Volatile flavor components in foods are the key quality parameters. The researchers conducted in-depth research on sesame oil, peanut oil, rapeseed oil, sunflower oil, sesame paste and peanut butter, etc. However, there is no comprehensive summary about the flavor of roasted oilseeds and their products. The occurrence and the formation mechanisms of the main volatile flavor substances, and the impacts of processing factors are discussed in this review, which may provide references for further research on volatile flavor compounds, identification and evaluation of specific products and development of new products. Supported by Modern Agricultural Industrial Technology System Construction Project(CARS14-l-29).

TL;DR: In this article, the 3D coordinate data of the corrosion condition of rebar are obtained by a 3D scanning method, and seven numerical parameters, such as the roundness, the section roughness, inscribed circle radius/circumscribed circle radius and the eccentricity, were obtained by the numerical calculation method.
Abstract: In this paper, the 3D coordinate data of the corrosion condition of rebar are obtained by a 3D scanning method. Seven numerical parameters, such as the roundness, the section roughness, the inscribed circle radius/circumscribed circle radius and the eccentricity, are obtained by the numerical calculation method. These seven parameters are used to characterize the cross-section morphology of rusted steel bars. The particle swarm optimization support vector machine (PSO-SVM) and the grid search support vector machine (GS-SVM) are used to calculate these seven cross-section digitization parameters to predict the sectional corrosion rate of steel. This work concluded that these two optimization support vector machine (SVM) methods can accurately predict the sectional corrosion rate of steel. Compared with the GS-SVM model, the PSO-SVM steel corrosion prediction model is more accurate.

TL;DR: A TDMA-based channel access scheme for IEEE 802.11p control channel (CCH) is proposed, which reduces significantly the transmission conflict and has shorter time delay than ADHOC and VeMAC.
Abstract: Motivated by an efficient broadcast service in vehicular ad hoc networks (VANETs), we propose a TDMA-based channel access scheme for IEEE 802.11p control channel (CCH). The scheme reduces the rate of transmission collisions and improves the availability of time slots on the control channel by adjusting disjoint sets of time slots to vehicles moving in opposite directions and to the left and right slot frames. Further, the location information of a node is used to allocate the time slot, which efficiently decreases the rate of access collisions. Analysis and simulation results in city scenarios are presented to evaluate the performance of our scheme, which reduces significantly the transmission conflict and has shorter time delay than ADHOC and VeMAC.
