TL;DR: The system will extract the keywords present in the research papers and compare with each other depending upon certain criteria and will conclude the possibility of plagiarism between two research papers.
Abstract: Plagiarism occurs when authors copy one's work and presents that as their own work In an earlier time, Plagiarism means copy-paste work ie Simply copy ones work or code in its own work without giving credit to the author Actually definition of plagiarism is not restricted to only copying word by word but also copying ones' thought, idea, and represents it as own idea without giving proper acknowledgement to the original author In research area, it is a serious crime and still now not so many systems have been developed to detect plagiarism Our area of focus is on the keywords or index terms present in different research papers Our system will extract the keywords present in the research papers and compare with each other depending upon certain criteria and will conclude the possibility of plagiarism between two research papers

TL;DR: In this paper, an array of MEMS capacitive sensors has been designed for the detection of malignancy in white blood cells (WBC) on the basis of change in dielectric permittivity.
Abstract: In this paper, an array of MEMS capacitive sensors has been designed for the detection of malignancy in white blood cells (WBC) on the basis of change in dielectric permittivity. Here, an electrostatic based capacitive micro sensor is designed with a pair of rectangular shaped identical electrodes and extended for an array to facilitate such identification on an average of 1000 cells at a time. The electroporation process is followed for identifying the malignant cells as polarization of cell membrane depends on frequency range of 20 kHz – 10 MHz. In order to do so, a double shell electrical model of WBC is designed through which the polarization potential of 1V is achieved with a membrane potential of about 0.5-1V. Thus, the same excitation potential of 1V is applied between the electrodes of MEMS capacitive sensors and the induced polarization changes permittivity that finally reflects a distinguishable change in the output of capacitive sensor. Therefore, it can discriminate a normal cell from affected one in terms of change in capacitive value. This work is executed in multiphysics based simulation software.

TL;DR: This paper describes how the Bangla characters are processed, trained and then recognized with the use of a neural network.
Abstract: This paper describes how the Bangla characters are processed, trained and then recognized with the use of a neural network. The size and the font used for the characters are similar in both training and classification of the network. The images are first converted into grayscale and then to binary images. These images are then scaled to fit a pre-defined area. By extracting the characteristics points we get the feature vectors, which is simply a series of 0s and 1s of fixed length. Finally, an Artificial Neural Network is chosen for the training and classification process. It has been noticed that recognition decreases due to presence of touching characters in the text. So recognition is done here with isolated printed characters.

Abstract: Present article investigates pattern synthesis of large number beam-steered linear array Multiple objectives of side lobe level reduction and beam-width narrowing have been considered as pattern synthesis objectives Excitation amplitude and uniform inter-element spacing have been considered as design parameters to be optimized Optimum values of the design parameters have been obtained using restricted search particle swarm optimization Effectiveness of the optimization algorithm has been illustrated using design instances of 48 and 51 elements linear array Further superiority of restricted search particle swarm optimization over conventional particle swarm optimization has been established through comparison
