TL;DR: In this paper, a design expression for the first null beam width (FNBW) of Dolph Chebyshev linear antenna array is proposed to facilitate the angular resolution analysis of main beam.
Abstract: This paper strives to postulate a design expression for the first null beam width (FNBW) of Dolph Chebyshev linear antenna array which facilitates the angular resolution analysis of main beam. The formula for FNBW has been deduced by observing variation of FNBW with required side lobe ratio. Variation of FNBW with inter-element spacing for different array configurations has also been taken in to consideration. FNBW value obtained using the proposed formula has been compared with that of FNBW value obtained from the array factor plot proving its effectiveness.

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors present an exhaustive insight and detailed discussion on the components of a system having wireless power transfer (WPT) and the various techniques used for its implementation and provide a broad based perspective on the present state of art of the WPT to the researchers and application engineers dealing with wireless transfer of power.
Abstract: Wireless power transmission systems has revolutionized the transmission of power in various application. The concept has gained momentum recently. This work presents an exhaustive insight and detailed discussion on the components of a systems having Wireless Power Transfer (WPT) and the various techniques used for its implementation. The use of WPT in various fields such as medical, defense etc. have been looked into. The aim of the present work is to provide a broad based perspective on the present state of art of the WPT to the researchers and application engineers dealing with wireless transfer of power. The references are presented in a classified manner which will serve the researchers as a quick and useful bibliography. Experiments are also conducted in laboratory to determine the extent of inductive coupling between two coils. This paper presents a comparison of experimental data obtained with both axial and parallel coupling under changing conditions.

TL;DR: A novel “Discrete Cosine Transformation based Image Authentication & Secret Message Transmission Scheme” (DCTIASMTT) has been proposed to authenticate a multimedia image and at the same time some ubiquitous secret message or image can be transmitted over the mobile network.
Abstract: In this paper a novel “Discrete Cosine Transformation based Image Authentication & Secret Message Transmission Scheme” (DCTIASMTT) has been proposed to authenticate a multimedia image and at the same time some ubiquitous secret message or image can be transmitted over the mobile network. Instead of direct embedding a message or image within the source image, choose a window of size 2x2 of the source image and then convert it from spatial domain to frequency domain using Discrete Cosine Transformation (DCT). The bits of the authenticating message or image are then embedded at LSB of the transformed image (excluding first pixel). Inverse DCT has been performed for the transformation from frequency domain to spatial domain as final step of encoding. Decoding is done through reverse procedure. The experimental results have been discussed and compared with the existing steganographic algorithm S-Tools. Histogram analysis and Chi-Square test of source image with embedded image shows the better results in comparison with STools.
