Abstract: On a etudie l'effet de la lumiere et de la periode d'ingestion des aliments sur l'elimination d'insuline par les urines. On peut demontrer l'existence d'un rythme circadien et la presence de deux facteurs de regulation pour cette elimination. On presente quelques hypotheses concernant ces phenomenes.
