TL;DR: In this paper, the robustness of certain designs against the loss of specified sets of observations is investigated, and the efficiency of the residual design is considered as a measure of robustness.
Abstract: This paper investigates the robustness of certain designs against the loss of specified sets of observations. As a measure of robustness, we consider the efficiency of the residual design.

TL;DR: In this paper, an estimation procedure has been proposed to study the contribution of variance due to response errors as well as non-response errors introduced because of the interviewer in interview based surveys.
Abstract: Non-sampling errors have many different sources, can occur at different stages of the survey and are a result of error contributions of different personnel or agencies Involved in executing the survey. In Interview based surveys, interviewer effectively influences both the response error as well as the response rate. In the present investigation an estimation procedure has been proposed to study the contribution of variance due to response errors as well as non-response errors introduced because of the interviewer.

TL;DR: The asymptotic efficiency of partial diallel crosses is defined, and circulant plans having such a property are identified.
Abstract: The asymptotic efficiency of partial diallel crosses is defined, and circulant plans having such a property are identified. In the absence of an optimal plan to suit his requirements, the breeder should opt for suggested plans to derive maximum information for given resources.
