TL;DR: In this paper, three methods of constructions of balanced incomplete Latin square designs are proposed, namely, Knut Vik, semi Knut-Vik, and crisscross Latin squares.
Abstract: Recently, balanced incomplete Latin square designs are introduced in the literature. We propose three methods of constructions of balanced incomplete Latin square designs. Particular classes of Latin squares namely Knut Vik designs, semi Knut Vik designs, and crisscross Latin squares play a key role in the construction.

TL;DR: Using this retrieval system for bibliographic data of NAR at a single place, it would be possible to build the network between different authors and affiliations and also other analytical reports can be generated.
Abstract: Bibliographic data contains necessary information about literature to help users to recognize and retrieve that resource. These data are used quantitatively by a “Bibliometrician” for analysis and dissemination purpose but
with the increasing rate of literature publication in open access journals such as Nucleic Acids Research (NAR), Springer, Oxford Journals etc., it has become difficult to retrieve structured bibliographic information in desired format. A digital
bibliographic database contains necessary and structured information about published literature. Bibliographic records of different articles are scattered and resides on different web pages. This thesis presents the retrieval system for bibliographic
data of NAR at a single place. For this purpose, parser agents have been developed which access the web pages of NAR and parse the scattered bibliographic data and finally store it into a local bibliographic database. Based on the bibliographic
database, “three-tier architecture” has been utilized to display the bibliographic information in systematized format. Using this system, it would be possible to build the network between different authors and affiliations and also other analytical
reports can be generated.

16 Mar 2016TL;DR: Critical evaluation shows that RCDA cluster ensemble algorithm improved to a great extent as compared to traditional clustering algorithm.
Abstract: Germplasm Evaluation is an integral component of Plant Genetic Resources Management. Before utilization, it is of utmost importance that the germplasm is properly characterized, evaluated and documented to have its exact identification. Since there a component of GXE interaction, it is always desired that the germplasm be evaluated to identify stable and regional specific genotypes for their proper utilization. To improve the existing methodology of germplasm evaluation, new techniques are needed to be used. Cluster ensemble enables the maximum utilization of germplasm evaluation in refined manner. For implementation of this technique, there is a need for implementation of cluster ensemble algorithm for generation of core set. The existing methods utilized for germplasm evaluation are hierarchical and non-hierarchical traditional clustering algorithms. The clustering is judged by the quality. The quality of clustering can be improved by utilizing the cluster ensemble methods. Cluster Ensemble process (technique) generates clustering which gives better results as compared to all the traditional clustering algorithm. RCDA algorithm runs on chickpea germplasm dataset and critical evaluation shows that RCDA cluster ensemble algorithm improved to a great extent as compared to traditional clustering algorithm.

TL;DR: The coexpression analysis of Vr-HSP70s revealed that these genes were involved in both abiotic and biotic stresses, and it was found that introns may play an essential role in gene regulating.
Abstract: Heat shock protein 70 (Hsp70), a 70-kDa protein, also known as a molecular chaperone, is highly conserved. It plays a major role in cellular functions such as protein folding, regulation of protein degradation, translocation of proteins across membranes, receptor signaling, and protein assembly or disassembly. Vigna radiata is an important legume crop with available whole-genome sequence, but no such study on the HSP70 family is reported. A total of 32 V. radiate HSP70s (Vr-HSP70s) were identified and described. They are phylogenetically clustered into four subgroups. Vr-HSP70s show variations in intron/exon organization. This indicates that introns may play an essential role in gene regulating. The coexpression analysis of Vr-HSP70s revealed that these genes were involved in both abiotic and biotic stresses. Three cytoplasmic hub genes namely Vr-HSP70-C-14, Vr-HSP70-C-29, and Vr-HSP70-C-30 were found common in both stresses. Our findings provide directions for future studies to dissect functional analysis of Vr-HSP70s in response to abiotic and biotic stresses.
