TL;DR: Investigations suggested that RNH3 Cl acted as the chlorinating source, controlled the size, and also helps in increasing the number of particles, which provided more opportunity for Mn ions to take part in reaction and occupied the appropriate lattice positions.
Abstract: Doping in perovskite nanocrystals adopts different mechanistic approach in comparison to widely established doping in chalcogenide quantum dots The fast formation of perovskites makes the dopant insertions more competitive and challenging Introducing alkylamine hydrochloride (RNH3 Cl) as a promoting reagent, precise controlled doping of MnII in CsPbCl3 perovskite nanocrystals is reported Simply, by changing the amount of RNH3 Cl, the Mn incorporation and subsequent tuning in the excitonic as well as Mn d-d emission intensities are tailored Investigations suggested that RNH3 Cl acted as the chlorinating source, controlled the size, and also helps in increasing the number of particles This provided more opportunity for Mn ions to take part in reaction and occupied the appropriate lattice positions Carrying out several reactions with varying reaction parameters, the doping conditions are optimized and the role of the promoting reagent for both doped and undoped systems are compared

TL;DR: In this article, the authors explicitly demonstrate the consequences of this observation on brane world black holes, characterized by existence of a negative tidal charge, possibly marking a deviation from general relativity.
Abstract: The recent observation of the shadow of the supermassive black hole M87*, located at the center of the M87 galaxy, by the Event Horizon Telescope Collaboration has opened up a new window to probe the strong gravity regime. In this paper, we explicitly demonstrate the consequences of this observation on brane world black holes, characterized by existence of a negative tidal charge. Our results based on three observables associated with the shadow, namely, angular diameter, deviation from circularity, and axis ratio reveal that the existence of a negative tidal charge is more favored, possibly marking a deviation from general relativity.

TL;DR: In this paper, four organic compounds based on substituted coumarin derivatives were synthesized and characterized by X-ray structural studies with a detailed analysis of Hirshfeld surface and fingerprint plots facilitating a comparison of intermolecular interactions in building different supramolecular architectures.
Abstract: Four organic compounds based on substituted coumarin derivatives (1–4) have been synthesized and characterized by X-ray structural studies with a detailed analysis of Hirshfeld surface and fingerprint plots facilitating a comparison of intermolecular interactions in building different supramolecular architectures. The X-ray study reveals that in the molecular packing C–H···O, π···π, and carbonyl (lone pair)···π interactions cooperatively take part. The recurring feature of the self-assembly in all the compounds is the appearance of the molecular ribbon through weak hydrogen bonding. These hydrogen bonded ribbons further stacked into molecular layers by π···π forces. The mode of cooperativity of the weak C–H···O and π···π forces is such that they operate in mutually perpendicular directions — hydrogen bonding in the plane of the molecule at their edges and π-stacking perpendicular to the molecular plane. Investigation of intermolecular interactions and crystal packing via Hirshfeld surface analyses reveals...

TL;DR: In this paper, the effect of sol concentration on the crystallinity and surface morphology of ZnO thin films was investigated, and the results showed that with an increase in sol concentration, the value of full width at half maximum (FWHM) of (0,0,2) peak decreases while the strain first increases and then decreases.
