TL;DR: It was observed that properties such as compressive strength showed a decrease of up to 10% as the percentage of recycled concrete aggregates increased, and water absorption was found to be greater than natural aggregates, and this needs to be compensated during mix design.

TL;DR: In this paper, a delay-dependent two-term H∞ controller design has been proposed using linear matrix inequalities, and a comparison of effectiveness with that of existing one-term and twoterm controller designs establishes the superiority as well as applicability of the present design for the LFC problem.

TL;DR: In this article, the electromagnetic interference shielding effectiveness and return loss of short carbon-filled polychloroprene rubber composites of varying sample thickness and fiber aspect ratio were studied in the frequency range of 8 to 12 GHz (X-band).
Abstract: The electromagnetic interference shielding effectiveness and return loss of short carbon-filled polychloroprene rubber composites of varying sample thickness and fiber aspect ratio were studied in the frequency range of 8 to 12 GHz (X-band). It was observed that composites prepared by the cement-mixed method with high fiber aspect ratio (L/D=100) show higher shielding effectiveness and lower return loss than the composites prepared by the mill-mixed method with low fiber aspect ratio (L/D=25). This indicates that loss due to absorption increases with increasing fiber aspect ratio. A similar effect has also been observed with increasing sample thickness. >

TL;DR: The literature analysis revealed that an all-inclusive approach for dealing with the environmental problems of soil salinization has been barely considered and an inclusive feedback-supported simulation model should be considered in future research as the existing models scarcely considered some vital aspects of the problem.

TL;DR: In this paper, the WEPP watershed model was calibrated and validated for a small hilly watershed (Karso) of India, and the sensitivity analysis of the model was carried out for the input parameters.
