TL;DR: The power of a user workstation is demonstrated through applications such as nesting of parts, editing of drawings, preparation of PI diagrams and 3-dimensional modelling as discussed by the authors, and the time and cost of applications development, daily use and maintenance will be reduced substantially through the introduction of these workstations.
