TL;DR: Methylation of pectolinarigenin, C., H, and methoxy group determination, alcoholic KOH degradation, and UV, IR, and NMR methods led to the establishment of the following structure for salvigenin: 5-OH•6,7,4′-OCH 3 -flavone or pectolinigenin-7-methyl ether.

TL;DR: In this paper, an interpretation of the mechanism of drop formation due to bubbles of gas or vapour travelling upwards through a liquid and collapsing at the liquid-gas interface is presented.
Abstract: This paper presents an interpretation of the mechanism of drop formation due to bubbles of gas or vapour travelling upwards through a liquid and collapsing at the liquid-gas interface. Size-distribution of entrained drops are obtained as a function of height and bubble sizes. Parabolic trajectories have been taken in consideration and an equation is given for the maximum height of drops.

TL;DR: In this article, the authors investigated the rational theory of rods by introducing a normal coordinate system associated with the axis of the rod, and derived some results used in other parts of the paper.

Abstract: Gamngiiorns are cystic lesions, occurring in close proximity to joints arid tendon sheaths an(l comst.ainimng a thick nnucinsous fluid. They are frequently seen at the dorsunn of the wrist., along the ext.ennsor tendons sheaths or on the volar aspect of the hand tunid fimngers, or about the ankle and knee joints l.2.4.6,7.8#{149} The genesis of these lesions is obscure. It is postulated tisat they might. arise as herniationss through defects inn the ivall of the joint. capsule or tendon sheath. But there is no convincing evidence of such direct communication 1,2,7 Some consider the ganglion as a cystic benign tunnor of the synsovial tissue 4,6, but others think that it arises from the mucimious (legennerat.ions of the connective tissue adjacent to a tendon sheath or a joint capsule. As the degenerative process advances, small cyst cavities form arid fill with mucinn. The outer layer of the cyst. is thus composed of dense fibrous tissue, and the snnoot.h, shimiy, white lining of the lumens is also composed of fibrous tissue with no sl)ecia.l limnimsg cells 1.2,6, Generally there is one large cyst. at one locations, which may be unsilocular or multilocular. Ganglionns do riot comnionly appear at. nnultiple locations, amid their occurn’ensce coniconnitanst w’itin or as part of a systemic disease ins a child is exceptional.
