Abstract: U 17 samic polnika zwyczajnego, Microtus arvalis (Pallas, 1779) metodą racji pokarmowych określono wydatki energetyczne związane z ciązą i laktacją. Wydatki te porownano z kartami utrzymania kontrolnych samic nierozradzających sie.

TL;DR: Inelastic magnon scattering of neutrons (λ = 1.124 A) on a single crystal of Cr2O3 at a temperature of 85 °K is investigated by the neutron diffraction technique as discussed by the authors.
Abstract: Inelastic magnon scattering of neutrons (λ = 1.124 A) on a single crystal of Cr2O3 at a temperature of 85 °K is investigated by the neutron diffraction technique. The magnon dispersion relation is measured along several tracks in the reciprocal space. A calculated dispersion relation, including four different exchange integrals Ji, is fitted to the experimental results. A good fit is obtained for: J1 = −0.2 meV, J2 = −0.5 meV, J3 = −3.3 meV, and J4 = −7.4 meV. [Russian Text Ignored]

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors applied the molecular orbital method in the tight binding approximation to imidazole crystal and determined the excess hole and electron band structures for the two positions of proton of the hydrogen bond corresponding to extreme resonance structures.
Abstract: Molecular orbital method in the tight binding approximation has been applied to imidazole crystal. Using STO's the excess hole and electron band structures were determined for the two positions of proton of the hydrogen bond corresponding to extreme resonance structures. The μbb, μ α′.α′ anisotropy of current carriers mobilities in the constant relaxation time is in fair agreement with experimental data. There is, however, no agreement for the μcc, μ α′.α′ ratio. Possible origins of this discrepancy are discussed.

TL;DR: The authors examines the wide range of definitions of the basic linguistic concepts of competence and performance, particularly as these relate to problems involved in second-language teaching and points out some basic interrelations between linguistic theory and the task of the language teacher.
Abstract: This paper examines the wide range of definitions of the basic linguistic concepts of competence and performance, particularly as these relate to problems involved in second-language teaching. It shows possible implications of linguistic theory for the theory and practice of second-language teaching. The paper also attempts to characterize some of the relevant general features of the process of second-language learning in terms of the theory of linguistic competence and performance. It presents a discussion and a tentative definition of crucial functions of the language teacher in second-language teaching in relation to the theory of linguistic competence and performance and points out some basic interrelations between linguistic theory and the task of the language teacher.

TL;DR: In this article, the vibronic coupling theory is used to construct the absorption spectrum of the ethylene dimer, which is shown that in this case an extended four-parameter form of vibronic Hamiltonian should be considered.
Abstract: Vibronic coupling theory is used to construct the vibronic absorption spectrum of the ethylene dimer. It is shown that in this case an extended four-parameter form of the vibronic Hamiltonian should be considered. In addition to the commonly used three vibronic parameters, the difference between the ground and excited state force constants of the monomer is taken into account. Numerical calculations were performed for the dimer geometry resembling that of norbornadiene. Some comments on the interpretation of the absorption spectrum of norbornadiene are made.
