TL;DR: In this paper, the effect of starch and guar gum 4000 on disintegrating time and dissolution behavior of drug Zolmitriptan from fast dissolving tablet (FDT) was prepared by direct compression method The precompression parameters were evaluated with subjected to angle of repose, bulk and tapped density, hausner's ratio and Carr's index and all were within limit The prepared tablets were evaluated for thickness, uniformity of content, hardness, friability, wetting time and in vitro disintegration time.
Abstract: The aim of this study is to find the effect of starch and guar gum 4000 on disintegrating time and dissolution behavior of drug Zolmitriptan from fast dissolving tablet (FDT) The FDT was prepared by direct compression method The precompression parameters were evaluated with subjected to angle of repose, bulk and tapped density, hausner’s ratio and Carr’s index and all were within limit The prepared tablets were evaluated for thickness, uniformity of content, hardness, friability, wetting time and in vitro disintegration time and in vivo release of drug The in vitro release and assay of drug was performance by UV spectrophotometer The in vivo study reveals that when guar gum (5%) and starch (10%) were used in formulation, the plasma concentration of drug was increased because, it disintegrate tablet rapidly and drug was released rapidly from dosage form and reach quickly in to systemic circulation resultant bioavailability is increased

TL;DR: A novel approach to manage the traffic light after measuring the accurate density with image mosaicking technique, which eliminates the use of conventional sensors which are sensitive to environmental changes.
Abstract: Background: Traffic management is an important tool of Intelligent Transportation System. The design of system for controlling the urban traffic dynamically provides not only the safety for pedestrians and motorists, but also saves the time and money. Method: In this paper, we describe a novel approach to manage the traffic light after measuring the accurate density with image mosaicking technique. Findings: This approach of measuring traffic density eliminates the use of conventional sensors which are sensitive to environmental changes. Even a single camera is not capable of measuring density accurately as gap between vehicles is important consideration. A single camera projection cannot capture the entire area between vehicles. So in this approach multiple cameras have been used to improve the accuracy of traffic measurement. The image mosaicking algorithm has been applied to measure one of the macro traffic flow parameter such as traffic density. The efficacy of proposed method has been evaluated, using MATLAB, AimSun and LabVIEW Software. Improvements: The result of extensive simulation indicates that this approach provides better performance in terms of increase the average moving time and decreases the average waiting time for traffic.

TL;DR: In this article, the authors developed a formulation to decrease the mucociliary authorization by using mucoadhesive polymer in gel, thus rising the contact time with nasal mucosa and humanizing the absorption of drug.
Abstract: Rizatriptan Benzoate undergo hepatic first pass metabolism. Aim of present research work is to improve bioavailability by formulating in-situ nasal gel. Formulation was developed to decrease the mucociliary authorization by using mucoadhesive polymer in gel, thus rising the contact time with nasal mucosa and humanizing the absorption of drug. Gels were primed by cold technique process and evaluate by Appearance, Viscosity, Gelation Temperature, Permeation Studies, Drug Content, Gel strength etc.. The gelation temperature of all studied gel formulations were found in range. Drug release was initiated in between 68.8-94.7% with K-peppas best fit model. pH of gel was in the rang and drug content was found between 92-99.89 %. Gel strength was found in range of 20-55 sec. Keyword s: Rizatriptan Benzoate, Mucociliary, Strength

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors formulated and optimized solid dispersions of a poorly water soluble drug, nifedipine, with sodium starch glycollate, croscarmellose sodium, eudragit E-100.
Abstract: Nifedipine, a calcium channel blocker antihypertensive drug, is a poorly water soluble drug and belongs to BCS class II. The objective of the research work was to formulate and optimize solid dispersions (SDs) of a poorly water soluble drug, nifedipine, with sodium starch glycollate, croscarmellose sodium, eudragit E-100. Solid dispersions were prepared by solvent evaporation techniques in different weight ratios of polymers. The results indicated that homogeneous or heterogeneous conditions during the preparation methods employed governed the internal structures of the polymer matrices while retaining the drug in an amorphous form. The physical mixtures and solid dispersions were subjected to drug content and dissolution test. The best formulation, nifedipine with croscarmellose sodium in 1:7 ratio, among all was further adsorbed on neusilin US2 to form ternary mixture. The increased dissolution was achieved by more than 70percent and 30percent comparatively to the nifedipine API and marketed product respectively. The tablet dosage form prepared from ternary mixture was stable at stressed conditions 40±2°C and 75±5% RH. The release kinetics of drug from formulation and marketed product follows peppas model. The similar factor f2 was within limit for the product at stressed conditions with the product at room temperature at the same time.

TL;DR: In this paper, the socio-economic condition of individuals of any society is comprised of vast arena of subjects, and any rational being favours for their improvement. But the idea of equality regarding socioeconomic development among all sections of people seemed questionable in such situation.
Abstract: The socio-economic condition of individuals of any society is comprised of vast arena of subjects, and any rational being favours for their improvement. Earning opportunities, educational attainment and health facilities are such indicators for an improved socio-economic condition of any community . Indeed their measurements is difficult, most of the social scientist have focused to concentrate on these prominent aspects to grasp, compare and contrast socio-economic condition of any group of people. Socio-economic condition being a complicated aspect, its realization rests on both qualitative and quantitative analysis. However, its assessment and analysis is necessary to diagnose for further improvement of quality of life of people. The holistic approach of Indian economy clearly indicated achieving the main objectives of rapid economic growth with social justice. After six decades of planning in India, living standard of average Indian has improved but certain groups of people in our community are lagged behind to cope with ongoing development activities. The Deshi Muslim community is an indigenous ethnic group of Assam. Traditionally, this section of people is rural based and primarily depends on Agriculture and other petty manual works for their livelihood. So, this section of people remains far behind to achieve educational attainment, realizing health facilities, earning opportunities etc. The idea of equality regarding socio-economic development among all sections of people seemed questionable in such situation. To observe the reality in grassroots a micro level study is adopted. Therefore, a study entitled “Socio-economic Status of Deshi Muslims: A case study of Matia Community Development Block of Goalpara District, Assam, India” is adopted.
