TL;DR: In this paper, a device structural study on the soluble low bandgap polymer PTPTB is presented, consisting of alternating electron-rich Ndodecyl-2,5-bis (29thienyl)pyrrole (TPT) and electron-deficient 2,1,3-benzothiadiazole (B) units.

TL;DR: In this paper, a three-stage account of stereotype threat is proposed that includes stereotype threat effects on both ability and performance, and Implications for future research and practice are discussed.
Abstract: Stereotype threat is known as a situational predicament that prevents members of negatively stereotyped groups to perform up to their full ability. This review shows that the detrimental influence of stereotype threat goes beyond test taking: It impairs stereotyped students to build abilities in the first place. Guided by current theory on stereotype threat processes and boundary conditions, this review integrates findings on test taking, disidentification, and learning. A new three-stage account of stereotype threat is proposed that includes stereotype threat effects on both ability and performance. Implications for future research and practice are discussed.

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors investigated the drivers of service and price satisfaction, and the impact of customer satisfaction on loyalty, and found that price satisfaction and service satisfaction influence guest loyalty to a different extent.
Abstract: Service quality, customer satisfaction and price are important selection criteria for the guests and key determinants of post‐purchase behavior such as word‐of‐mouth and repurchase. Using structural equation modelling, the authors of this study investigate the drivers of service and price satisfaction, and the impact of service and price satisfaction on loyalty. The results show that the five dimensions of service satisfaction differ in their relative importance as drivers of overall satisfaction and as drivers of price satisfaction, and that price satisfaction and service satisfaction influence guest loyalty to a different extent. This relationship is strongly moderated by the guests' nationality, indicating cross‐cultural differences in the importance of service dimensions. This study also investigates the three‐factor theory of customer satisfaction and shows that the relative impact of the service dimensions can be asymmetric.

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors analyzed the relationship between local autonomy and tax morale and found that there is a positive (negative) relationship between autonomy and the size of the shadow economy.
Abstract: Policymakers often propose strict enforcement strategies to fight the shadow economy and to increase tax morale. However, there is an alternative bottom-up approach that decentralises political power to those who are close to the problems. This paper analyses the relationship with local autonomy. We use data on tax morale at the individual level and macro data on the size of the shadow economy to analyse the relevance of local autonomy and compliance in Switzerland. The findings suggest that there is a positive (negative) relationship between local autonomy and tax morale (size of the shadow economy).
