TL;DR: In this paper, the adsorption of Xe on ZnO(1010), Zn and O surfaces was investigated by means of LEED, thermal desorption (TDS) and angle-resolved UV photoelectron spectroscopy (ARUPS) in the temperature range between 40 and 70 K.
