TL;DR: It was shown that the species dependent on sporocarps of wood-decomposing fungi had higher variability, lower individual inbreeding, and less intensive isolation by distance pattern than saproxylic beetles living in tree hollows.
Abstract: Living in unstable habitats is expected to decrease the intensity of isolation by distance in populations through the need for frequent movements of individuals. Insects associated with fruiting bodies of fungi therefore are supposed to have weak spatial genetic structure of populations compared with those living in more stable habitats. With the use of an amplified fragment length polymorphism technique, this study investigated the isolation by distance, inbreeding, and genetic diversity in Diaperis boleti (L.) (Coleoptera: Tenebrionidae), a fungivorous saproxylic beetle that inhabits sporocarps of Laetiporus sulphureus (Bulliard) Murrill (Polyporales) on trees growing in highly-fragmented agricultural landscapes. Isolation by distance was tested with spatial autocorrelation analysis of kinship (individual-based approach) and correlating matrices of genetic and geographic distances with the Mantel test (population-based approach). These results were compared with the results obtained for saproxylic beetles living in the same landscape but differing in ecological preferences. It was shown that the species dependent on sporocarps of wooddecomposing fungi had higher variability, lower individual inbreeding, and less intensive isolation by distance pattern than saproxylic beetles living in tree hollows. It was also demonstrated that spatial autocorrelation analysis of kinship is a more sensitive approach for detecting finescale spatial genetic structure than the Mantel test.

TL;DR: It is revealed higher mBDNF level to be connected with lower body mass index (BMI), and the results of RAVLT correlated with sociodemographic and lifestyle factors, such as: age, education, gender, BMI and smoking.
Abstract: Brain derived neurotrophic factor is considered to be connected with memory and learning through the processes of long term synaptic potentiation and synaptic plasticity. The aim of the study was to examine the relationship between precursor BDNF (proBNDF) and mature BDNF (mBDNF) serum levels and performance on Rey Auditory-Verbal Learning Test (RAVLT) in 150 healthy volunteers. In addition, we have verified the relationships between serum concentration of both forms of BDNF and RAVLT with sociodemographic and lifestyle factors. We found no strong evidence for the correlation of proBDNF and mBDNF serum levels with performance on RAVLT in healthy Polish population in early and middle adulthood. We observed the mBDNF serum concentration to be higher in women compared with men. Moreover, we revealed higher mBDNF level to be connected with lower Body Mass Index (BMI). In turn, the results of RAVLT correlated with sociodemographic and lifestyle factors, such as: age, education, gender, BMI and smoking.

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors compared the physical and technical readiness of women basketball teams of Ukraine and Lithuania with the use of copyright video tutorials with animated illustrations and LED linear luminaire.
Abstract: Purpose: to compare the physical and technical readiness women basketball teams of Ukraine and Lithuania. Material : participated in the study of female athletes team of Ukraine and Lithuania (n = 24). Athletes age - 25-30 years. Teacher testing was conducted physical and technical readiness. Ukrainian team trained by the author's method with the use of innovative technologies. Included the use of technology in the training process of copyright video tutorials with animated illustrations and LED linear luminaire. Results : the results indicated significant improvement of athletes Ukrainian team in the tests: a standing jump, cross 2000 meters, throwing a medicine ball with a running start, lifting the trunk in 30 seconds from a prone position, speed equipment, three points shots, special endurance. The proposed new management training process helped increase mobility, intensity and complexity of team training in Ukraine. Conclusions : It is recommended to use a program of technical and tactical training with the use of innovative technologies in the training process basketball players are hearing impaired.

TL;DR: Fuzzy inference mechanism and implications are proposed together with step fuzzy numbers that may be used for approximations as well as for constructing new fuzzy sets of type two.
Abstract: Ordered fuzzy numbers (OFN) as generalization of convex fuzzy numbers represented in parametric form and invented by the second and the third authors and their coworker in 2002, make possible to utilize the fuzzy arithmetic and to construct the lattice structure on them. Fuzzy inference mechanism and implications are proposed together with step fuzzy numbers that may be used for approximations as well as for constructing new fuzzy sets of type two.

The article is devoted to well-documented, but seldom analysed by researchers cultural contacts of the Polish People’s Republic and Hungarian People’s Republic in the field of filmmaking in 1971–1980 In the so-called Gierek’s era, Hungarian films enjoyed great popularity and interest (especially among film critics and film societies), while in Hungary Poland and Polish movies were still “in vogue” The study focuses on the course of Polish-Hungarian film cooperation in the area of coproduction, exchange of services, events, and festivals An important part in the popularising of film achievements was played by the Centre of Polish Information and Culture in Budapest and the Hungarian Institute of Culture in Warsaw, but also by independent contacts
