TL;DR: The authors proposed method for special data transfer which could increase security of data and according to Multi-Path TCP the speed of transfer will increase too.
Abstract: This article presents the potential of using Multi-Path Transmission Control Protocols for more secure data transfer Data transfer over the network could be sniffed and then some decryption process could be made Nowadays lot of network have more than one connection to others The authors presents idea of Multi-Path TCP which could be used in such networks which have more than one connection to public network The authors proposed method for special data transfer which could increase security of data and according to Multi-Path TCP the speed of transfer will increase too The main advantage of this idea is that it could be used without a lot of work This article is a part of authors papers focused on IT security

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors evaluated the influence of cross-section deviations, radial deviations, and their compilations on the value of the contact area in the axisymmetric connection.
Abstract: The works [1, 2] present the values of the force and moment of friction needed to disassemble the axisymmetric connection with oval and three-angular shape of cross-section of the shaft. These works additionally show the variable values of the Mises stresses and contact pressures. This paper presents research which is a continuation of the research program on the evaluation of the influence of cross-section deviations, radial deviations, and their compilations on the value of the contact area in the connection. The limited contact area has a decisive impact on functional and operational parameters of the connection. Point contact between the shaft and the hole is the reason of the reduction of load transmission. The paper concerns the connection between the shaft with four-angular shape of cross-section with the deviation Tw = 13 μm and the hub with the nominal roudness. The authors have proved the occurrence of variable values of the force and moment of friction during disassembling of the connection. The authors have also showed the occurrence of variable values of the reduced stresses and contact pressures.

TL;DR: A new species, Fuscozetes kamchatkicus sp.
Abstract: A new species, Fuscozetes kamchatkicus sp. nov., including its morphological ontogeny, from Kamchatka Peninsula (Russia) is described and illustrated. The adult of this species is smaller and slimmer than congeners and has longer prodorsal seta le than in; in other species in is longer than le. In F. kamchatkicus the shape of the translamella varies (usually is present, but may be narrow as a line or absent), while in other species the translamella is present. The juveniles of F. kamchatkicus differ from congeners by several morphological characters that are unique in Fuscozetes Sellnick, 1928, e.g. they lack a humeral organ, which is present in other species. The larva lacks a humeral macrosclerite, whereas other species have it. In F. kamchatkicus the gastronotal setae are inserted on unsclerotized integument, whereas in other species they are inserted either on the gastronotal shield or microslerites. The nymphs of F. kamchatkicus have a humeral macrosclerite and a gastronotal shield, which is typical of Fuscozetes and Sphaerozetinae (Ceratozetidae), but the humeral macrosclerite bears seta c1, while setae c2 and c3 are inserted on unsclerotized integument, whereas in other species the humeral macrosclerite is glabrous and setae c2 and c3 are inserted on microsclerites. In F. kamchatkicus setae p2 and p3 are inserted on unsclerotized integument, whereas in other species they are inserted on a macrosclerite. In the juveniles of F. kamchatkicus most gastronotal setae are barbed, except of the d-series in the nymphs, which are thinner than other gastronotal setae and smooth. The diagnosis of Fuscozetes is modified and enlarged with the morphological characters of juveniles.

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors provided an analysis of current challenges with respect to transboundary water resources management in Eastern Europe, based on a comparison of similarities and disparities concerning the physical and human geography of the basins and their national sub-basins as well as specific problems related to water pollution caused by urban, agricultural and industrial water usage both in the recent past and today.
Abstract: The transboundary river basins shared between Russia, Ukraine and the European Union pose unique challenges for management because of differences regarding not only the legal framework but also related to monitoring practices and water utilization. Using the example of three river basins – the Desna (shared by Russia and Ukraine), the Western Dvina (shared by Russia, Belarus, Lithuania, Estonia and Latvia) and the Western Bug (shared by Ukraine, Belarus and Poland) – this paper provides an analysis of current challenges with respect to transboundary water resources management in Eastern Europe. This assessment is based on a comparison of similarities and disparities concerning the physical and human geography of the basins (and their national sub-basins) as well as specific problems related to water pollution caused by urban, agricultural and industrial water usage both in the recent past and today. All three catchments have a similar size, climate and hydrological characteristics. However, there are different challenges regarding up- and downstream sections of the respective basins: pollution input in the Western Bug originates primarily from upstream sources in Ukraine and Belarus, whereas ecological problems in the Desna and Western Dvina persist principally downstream, i.e. in Ukraine respectively Belarus and Latvia. Despite some differences between the basins, it is concluded that interstate cooperation is an important prerequisite for integrated water resources management (IWRM) in all of the studied basins. This analysis identified several key challenges related to start or continue with IWRM, including pollution mitigation, improved monitoring, appropriate governance, climate change and its effect on water balances in the catchments, capacity development and thorough system understanding.

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors evaluated the potential for using a standardized landscape evaluation method for planning a greenway in a young glacial area in northern Poland, taking into account not only its natural but also its cultural components.
Abstract: Abstract The potential for using a standardized landscape evaluation method for planning a greenway in a young glacial area in northern Poland is evaluated in this paper. In the evaluation of visual landscape attractiveness (VLA), we took into account not only its natural but also its cultural components. The cultural components were divided into two groups, i.e. increasing and decreasing VLA scores. The sources of data needed for the evaluation included a Vector Smart Map level 2 (VMap L2), aerial photographs and a field survey. The newly-designated greenway links two landscape parks (which play the role of greenspaces) and runs along numerous lakes, forests, rivers, and objects of cultural heritage. The greenway is composed of existing local roads, allowing a more optimal utilisation of natural and cultural resources of the landscape, primarily those located between the selected greenspaces. Using this application, the idea of sustainable development can be implemented, and the overlapping protected areas will not be subject to devitalisation. The VLA method can facilitate multiple greenway designations in other areas.
