TL;DR: A multi-level access technique for privacy-preserving perturbation in association rule mining is proposed, which generates multiple copies of data at different privacy levels and shows that the proposed technique has more number of hidden rules and less number of lost rules.
Abstract: Data generated by the digital media is enormous day by day. Privacy-preserving perturbation techniques such as additive, multiplicative, geometric, differential privacy provide reliable and safe data publicizing, where sensitive data stored in the database cannot be inferred from the published data. Existing privacy-preserving perturbation techniques focus on publishing a single copy of data assuming that the user has the same privacy level of data, but the user has data at different sensitive levels that can be shared to improve the business. Even though the user data can be stored in the selective levels of data, it increases the storage barrier which incurs high cost to the company. In this paper, a multi-level access technique for privacy-preserving perturbation in association rule mining is proposed, which generates multiple copies of data at different privacy levels. We evaluated the proposed technique with the existing privacy-preserving technique with a real-world dataset, and our result shows that the proposed technique has more number of hidden rules and less number of lost rules.

TL;DR: The results obtained conclude that the use of proposed controller improve the process in terms of time domain specification, set point tracking and rejection of disturbances more effectively and rapidly with optimum stability for the temperature control in plastic extrusion system.
Abstract: The temperature control in plastic extrusion system is a crucial process, which is an important factor to produce high quality plastic products. The plastic extrusion model is a first order non linear system has multiple stages coupled with each other and comprises a long delay time, large time constant and undesirable overshoot. To acquire a solution to the problem of difficulty to control temperature in process industries, a new adaptive control strategy, embedded based neuro fuzzy controller is proposed. The software incorporates Matlab simulink and real time control algorithm has been developed using PIC 16F877A microcontroller. The proposed method hardware test results are compared with that of the simulated results. The results obtained conclude that the use of proposed controller improve the process in terms of time domain specification, set point tracking and rejection of disturbances more effectively and rapidly with optimum stability for the temperature control in plastic extrusion system.

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors implemented a mobile-based ambulance service using Google Maps on the client's cell phone based on position data obtained from GPS hardware, and the application uses the Google Map Application Programming Interface (API) to plot details of the ambulance on Google Maps.
Abstract: India is currently lagging behind other countries in terms of health care due to a shortage of fast health services. The primary explanation for this is a lack of technical implementation. To fix this question, we are implementing a mobile-based ambulance service. This mobile application would revolutionize the way people use emergency services and make them more effective and reliable to an extent. The request for an ambulance works with only one tap on the button, and it will transmit a notification/request for an ambulance via GPRS to local ambulance drivers, with the user's information and location registered in the database (admin system). Any mobile consumer can benefit from the use of the Internet of Things and smartphone technologies. The application uses the Google Map Application Programming Interface (API) to plot details of the ambulance on Google Maps on the Client's cell phone, based on position data obtained from GPS hardware. The same functionalities can be extended to other facilities, making it easier for the customer to locate an ambulance.

TL;DR: In this paper, the effect of three different surfactants viz., Triton X100, SDS and CTAB in the formation of silver selenide nanoparticles had been examined.
Abstract: Surfactant assisted synthetic route was followed to prepare silver selenide (β-Ag2Se) nanoparticles. The effect of three different surfactants viz., Triton X100, SDS and CTAB in the formation of silver selenide nanoparticles had been examined. Pure and crystalline β-Ag2Se nanophase was obtained in the presence of Triton X100 and SDS. However, the presence of CTAB leads to metallic silver formation. Nano Composite of β-Ag2Se and ZnS was fabricated in the presence of glycine as a molecular linker. The products were characterized by different techniques such as XRD, FT-IR, SEM and TEM. Room temperature photoluminescence spectrum of the ZnS/ β-Ag2Se nanocomposite exhibited two emission peaks at around 286 nm and 392 nm with enhanced intensity (lex = 250 nm).

TL;DR: In this article, the authors present the simulation study of most important factors that affecting the electrical efficiency of solar cells, including cell temperature, energy conversion efficiency of cell, series & parallel resistance, fill factor, packing factor, incident solar radiation, dirt and dust and mismatch losses.
Abstract: A photovoltaic cell is a device that converts the energy of light directly into electricity by the photovoltaic effect. This paper presents the simulation study of most important factors that affecting the electrical efficiency of solar cells. The factors are cell temperature, energy conversion efficiency of cell, series & parallel resistance, fill factor, packing factor, incident solar radiation, dirt and dust and mismatch losses. The changing of these factors, efficiency of solar cell efficiency is improved. The simulation tool used is Matlab Software.
