TL;DR: In this paper, the authors have focused on the planning and formulation of Environmental Management System (EMS) to reduce the impact of energy consumption patterns in large infrastructure and construction projects, which is done based on the Energy usage in mega level construction projects under the environmental impact checklist provided by the Ministry of Environment, and Forest and Climate Change (MoEF&CC), Government of India, and the Formulation is done through Material Flow Cost Accounting (MFCA) techniques that implement EMS to reduce impact due to energy conservation.
Abstract: India is a country where enormous natural resources are utilized for large infrastructure and construction projects which leads to environmental impacts. Every year, due to the consumption of enormous natural resources for large infrastructure and construction projects, more energy is consumed which has a negative impact on the environment. Though modern construction techniques and low-cost effective materials were utilized to mitigate Energy usage, the volume of impact reduction is not efficient. The present paper focuses on the planning and formulation of Environmental Management System (EMS) to reduce the impact of energy consumption patterns in large infrastructure and construction projects. The planning of EMS is done based on the Energy usage in mega level construction projects under the environmental impact checklist provided by the Ministry of Environment, and Forest and Climate Change (MoEF&CC), Government of India, and the Formulation is done through Material Flow Cost Accounting (MFCA) techniques that implement EMS to reduce the impact due to energy conservation in large infrastructure and construction projects. Using these techniques, the implementation of EMS is needed in order to reduce the impact due to enormous energy consumption in large infrastructure and construction projects. It was concluded that the material loss was reduced from 4 to 1.2% before and after the implementation of MFCA which simultaneously mitigates the energy consumption pattern in large infrastructure projects. Finally, the Planning and Formulation of EMS gives a solution to reduce the impacts caused due to energy consumption in large infrastructure and construction projects.

TL;DR: In this article, the reviews given by users in social health blogs and forums are collected, preprocessed, and detected for drug names and attributes using named entity recognition methods and adverse events are extracted using medical lexicons.
Abstract: Adverse Drug Events (ADE) are negative medical conditions occurring when a drug is used. Social media contains millions of unsolicited and uncensored discussions about medication. Utilizing the health-related social media data for mining drug usage patterns and ADE is the main objective of work reported in this paper. The reviews given by users in social health blogs and forums are collected, preprocessed, and detected for drug names and attributes using named entity recognition methods. Then adverse events are extracted using medical lexicons. Drugs and associated ADEs are extracted using Apriori technique and classified using random forest classifier. The overall ADE detection and extraction are evaluated for its accuracy using traditional IR metrics.

TL;DR: In this paper, the effect of imbibition-induced electrolyte wettability over charge carrier density and hence the increase in electric double layer is investigated for morphology-controlled TiO2 nanotube arrays.
Abstract: In this study, the effect of imbibition-induced electrolyte wettability over charge carrier density and hence the increase in electric double layer is investigated for morphology-controlled TiO2 nanotube arrays The nanotube morphology brings in good control over change in surface energy that induces electrolyte wettability Electrolytes of HCl, KCl, and NaCl were utilized to determine surface energy, surface wettability, and electrochemical studies The percentage of electrolyte imbibition inside nanopores varies in the order of HCl > KCl > NaCl The double-layer formation is higher for highly wettable surfaces and is dependent on the percentage of electrolyte imbibition inside nanotube pores From the observations, it is deduced that the storage performance of nanotube electrodes can be markedly increased by enhancing the molar conductivity and ionic mobility of electrolyte An areal capacitance of 149 mF/cm2 is observed for HCl electrolyte-based supercapacitor In addition, the cationic radius of electrolyte influences the stability of electrode with a capacitance retention of 87%
